Tungsten Royce Custom Wood Products

Tungsten Royce designed a defective driveway gate that swelled and would not open for months. They still have not fixed the gate- after over 6 months of promising to do so. At this point you can see from these pictures Tungsten Royce has ABANDONED the project. The gate clearance is now adjusted so wide that the door hardware BARELY ENGAGES and provides NO security, the tops of 2 posts are MISSING, the finish was RUINED from sanding large amount of wood off and other parts are still LOOSE. Tungsten Royce has refused to come out and even compete the job (after taking our money)- so I will be going to the State Contractors Board to complain about them abandoning a nearly $10,000 job. The owner Chase is full of big promises but failed to deliver. I am now looking into all legal options as to obtaining full restitution so I can build another driveway gate/fence. Tungsten Royce is unprofessional and their work used to be good ( I am a repeat customer) but now I can tell you that it's now HORRIBLE. I cannot recommend TR as they do not stand behind their work nor do they even complete it. Look at the pictures-They are a homeowners nightmare!!

Tungsten Royce built an exterior gate at my home in San Clemente, Ca. It's a beautiful gate, we receive many compliments. After a few month's the gate fell 1/4" out of square. They came out and took care of the issue. We've had no issues since. Highly recommended!!!

I worked with Tungsten Royce back in Feb of 2017. They came out to install a garage door, and they did a great job. Chase and Mike helped me design my door, and they were in an out in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend or family member, and i even still have their number just in case.

We were so happy with how the gates looked when they were first installed. It has been a year and a half, we have been battling problems ever since. Currently one of the gates is sealed shut and we have been unable to use it for months, and another cannot be closed. Calls and text messages for assistance have gone unanswered and unaddressed since January. Promises of calls to address the problem never come. The unprofessionalism and disregard is truly disappointing. I am now faced with finding someone that can fix our gates and determining how to approach restitution.

Our firm recently had the chance to work with Tungsten Royce on one of our custom home projects. We needed an oversized pivot door and had a tight deadline. Not only did the guys provide a great product but it was installed ahead of schedule. Quality and reliability are hallmarks of a great company. I hired Tungsten Royce to design and install a driveway gate on my new home. They designed the gate to follow the slope of my driveway and when the gate is closed it looks absolutely stunning. The designer was thorough on every detail and took the time to guide me through a 3D drawing of exactly what I was going to get. The gate weighs 1,800 pounds at it runs on a solar panel the size of a laptop. The crew was courteous and professional. Everything came in on time, on budget and beyond expectation. I can't begin to explain how satisfied I am... I Highly recommend Tungsten Royce!

Excellent product, excellent service; I defiantly recommend Tungsten Royce if you are in the market for a new entry door, drive way gate or garage door. I recently hired TR to build and install an African Mahogany entry door and I have to say, I was impressed with the final product. I wanted to replicate my original entry door but wanted to add a more contemporary look to it. Chase and Scott made that happen. They guided me through the whole process, from what material to use, to finish and hardware. It truly was a great experience!

Tungsten did a phenomenal job custom designing and installing a wooden garage door. Not only did they deliver the door way ahead of schedule, they're prices were very reasonable and their installers professional , courteous and diligent. We hired Tungsten Royce to build, stain and install our custom Mahogany dutch style entry door and front gate. The guys were clean, fast, professional and most important their work is impeccable. We wanted something special for our home so they worked with us to design exactly what we were looking for. They didn’t try to make us pick from a catalog or accept a run of the mill design. They executed design, color, installation and we are very happy. They were open to working collaboratively with me on any design changes I wanted. It was actually a fun experience! We did have a situation arise a few months after installation. Due to acclimation the door had shifted slightly and would not latch properly. I gave them a call and they quickly came out to take care of it, no questions asked! Great service! I highly recommend Tungsten Royce for any custom door or gate and I plan on using them again in the future for my back two gates.

Excellent work & service! Our retail construction project Rag and Bone in Venice CA planned for two huge hanging/interlocking doors accessing the exterior to be a major point in the store. Between the size/weight, area, reclaimed wood, inset door, and weather intrusion considerations, I knew we needed a capable craftsman that could perform per commercial design & construction expectations or it would be the downfall of the project. And I found Tungsten Royce. Chase and his team used all their experience (and patience) to assist us, the architect, and owners to design/build a perfect product that accounted for all needs & wants in a timely fashion. The fit & finish was great but the communication & attention to detail for needed function amidst a challenging project was more impressive yet. My wife and I had been looking for garage doors but were not impressed with what we were seeing. Most of the doors were common looking and we were looking for something a bit different. We learned of Tungsten Royce on the internet and contacted them. Chase and Mike came out to my house and Chase came up with an unusual design that was unique and beautiful. We decided to go ahead with the project not knowing whether the design could be translated into beautiful quality work. Much to our great pleasure, Tungsten Royce produced a wonderful piece of high quality work with complex aspects to it.
