I'm a local Realtor and recently needed to hire a painter to tackle a massive job on behalf of my clients. They live out of the country and with three bedrooms to paint on two floors in their condo I was ready for a stressful journey. Michael was knowledgeable and really thorough about explaining the condition the walls were in and what exactly needed to be done. He used quality materials which really showed in the final product. Best of all was his timeline. He stuck exactly to what was initially proposed, he stayed on budget and delivered what looked like a new unit upon completion. I couldn't have asked for a less stressful transaction and the new tenants were equally impressed. Highly recommended.
