I am a professional interior photographer and I work with some of the top designers and homes in the Southeast and Central US. I photographed an installation for True Residential in Franklin, TN and it was an exceptional and a pleasure to photographed. Their local representative did an outstanding job and was very pleased with True Residential's product and support. I was very impressed with their company representatives and appreciated their attention to detail and quality.

We have been installing True outdoor product for the last six years and they have been fantastic. Not only do they look great, but they have been engineered to function even in the harsh conditions of a Chicago outdoor space. We have just installed one of their new icemakers and the client is thrilled with the production and quality of ice. It is nice to know when we buy True we will always get the best in product and service.

It is a pleasure to partner with True in providing incredible products and service to our customers for outdoor refrigerators, outdoor beverage centers, outdoor wine cabinets, and outdoor beverage dispensers. We are a high end outdoor kitchen appliance specialist company, and when we work with our customers, we seek to provide them with top of the line outdoor appliance options for their outdoor living area. We have been blown away with the remarkable features and quality of True products. In our custom outdoor kitchen and outdoor bar designs/drawings we do for our customers, it is always fun to insert multiple True products so that their outdoor living area is fully utilized for keeping food items cold, to providing cold beverages, to having a place for wine storage, to a beverage dispenser that can be used for the big event they are planning and beyond. True really does an exceptional job all around with their outdoor units.
It was a great experience specifically working with them on the custom outdoor kitchen and outdoor bar areas we did for two of our customers in Brentwood and in Franklin. Their outdoor living spaces turned out unbelievably well, and the True products were a perfect fit. We enjoy seeing the images on the True Residential outdoor pages.

I sell many brands of outdoor refrigeration and love it when the customer chooses TRUE! The product guarantees me many of the same things my customer and most likely you, the reader, are looking for. I know that the in service will go well as the product is packaged perfectly for safe delivery to the home. I have never had a service problem with a TRUE product out of the box. The immediate reaction from the customer always involves "happy sounds" as TRUE products are stunning to the eye and once they use them the happiness continues. I want a product I don't have to return to service often after the sale and TRUE does not require that I make return trips, so you don't have to worry about breakdowns. During the shopping process I also enjoy selling the product as they have multiple options and can offer my wine connoisseur exactly what they want and my home brewer exactly what they want naturally if they are looking for a solid but attractive refrigerator…TRUE has that too. For my high end customer it's simple...TRUE is our go-to product line. With all Stainless interiors I don't worry about rust or discoloration and with 3 color LED lighting I can add a little "bling" to the party, even my most conservative customer likes to light up their bar or serving area. I shop my products very thoroughly before I offer them to my customers and usually ask as many owners of a product I'm considering as possible for feedback. My favorite answer on TRUE was from a close friend and long time restauranteur in my area; he said you see that refrigerated sandwich display? My father purchased it, and it was used, 35 years ago and I never have trouble with it. TRUE is a commercial product that has made the transition to the under counter residential market, and made it with style.
