We needed to fix our old, outdated kitchen. Max came and showed us how we could achieve our goals and make the transition even better. We knocked out a wall, and changed our old, dark kitchen into a bright, open kitchen and dining area. They helped us with appliances, lighting fixtures, countertops, and colors. Their crew was prompt, professional, and courteous, and did everything they could to make this as easy as possible for us. We were totally impressed with Tru Builders LLC, and highly recommend them to anyone who is planning a change in their home.

Tru Builders are truly Exceptional. We have had several homes built/remodeled over the years. Tru Builders are without doubt the BEST contractors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They represent the highest quality of the contracting profession and we are extremely happy with the process and result of our recent major remodel/rebuild with them. I cannot imagine another contractor who could possibly be more responsive to our needs, bringing our vision to stunning reality. I would heartily recommend them for any project you may be considering. Ours was a large project they handled with professional ease. If possible I would give them 10 Stars!! Great job!!

The subs they use are experienced, helpful and offer wide varieties of products to choose from. Their cabinet makers are top of the line and work closely with you to design exactly what you need and want for your home. Once the job begins the project manager gave us weekly updates and they usually included pictures of the job. They are very accessible and easy to communicate with. Both jobs were completed on time.

Max and his team did an excellent job. Everyone was prompt. They stuck to the budget with no surprises. They finished in a timely manner. I cannot thank them enough for all they did including helping us when we were out of town with an issue that didn't even deal with their project. Everyone went out of their way to do a fantastic job. They treat you like family. What more can you ask for? We definitely would recommend them and have done so several times.

We had a complete kitchen remodel done with Tru Builders and we were very pleased with the final results. They were on time and generally on budget, responsive to our questions and provided timely assistance when needed. Cassie was great to work with and the construction and management team also were very good. The one area we would like to suggest is for them to obtain a much more robust 3D type computer aided design system. We were also quite happy when our kitchen was featured on the cover of at least one of their 2023 calendars.

We have had several bathroom/kitchen renovations in homes we have owned over the past 30 years, and we can honestly tell you that our TruBuilders experience was by far the most exceptional experience. The process from the time they first walked into our home to give us a quote right through to the final walk-through was professional and friendly. The quality and the craftmanship was beyond our expectation. This was truly one of the best investments we have ever made in any of our homes. Tru Builders lives up to there tag line "On Time, On Budget For Your Peace of Mind. Your Contractor of Integrity" Max, Cassie, and Brad were great to work with. They understood our vision, and worked with us to achieve our goal of turning a tract home master bath into a custom contemporary spa. The tile, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry and finshing details were executed by professionals, who took great pride in their craftsmanship. We are "Over-the-Top" pleased with our Tru Builders experience and would not use any other contractor in the West Valley.

They had just the right design for redoing the kitchen. Removal of a large window to taking out a wall everything was completed perfectly. They help with pick out the supplies needed (Cabinets, counters, sink, lighting, hardware) Keep me aware if we were over budget on any item I chose. Pricing was competitive

DO NOT use Tru Builders. I recently had them install a 1/2 bath in my apartment and am completely unsatisfied with not only the quality of their work, but also their lack of professionalism. I signed my contract with them in May with an expected start date of the first week in August. They were almost two months late and then charged me $1800 over the agreed upon price for an increase in material costs (they were late, not me). Their motto of "On Time and On Budget" is comical. They left my apartment filthy without doing even minimal clean up, charged me for installing flooring that they didn't do and didn't include me in even the most basic decisions involving the project. Save yourself the headache and frustration....DO NOT USE TRU BUILDERS!!!!

We have been trying to speak with Joe via our project management system (at his request) since 10.29.2021 with no response. We completed all the work per the signed contract as demonstrated by the Certificate of Completion signed by Mr. Morris on October 22nd.

We needed someone to help us with the complete redesign and remodeling of one bathroom, the upgrade of a second bathroom, and some tile repair in several rooms. Tru Builders was creative in their design, on-schedule with their work, coordinated everything, and did an overall excellent job. The also kept us updated as to status with images and emails. We recommend Tru Builders with no hesitation, and will gladly use them in the future.

Work was done on time. Cabinet subcontractor for kitchen cabinets was outstanding - helpful and knowledgeable. Trim work was excellent. New lights are great! I especially liked that Max and Lori took the time to help us work up a suitable design - we started with no notion of what we wanted. They were very patient.

TruBuildersdid a complete makeover of our kitchen and master bath. Their site states "on time and on budget" which is absolutely true! In the kitchen, we had new quartz counters, shaker cabinets, flooring, tile/stone backsplash and kitchen sink. Master bath has a new subway tile, travertine base walk in shower. Also, new cabinet with quartz counter and sink. All new tile floor. The crew is awesome and their workmanship is the best!

We have lived in the Valley since 2003 and have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on remodels. Tru Builder was easily the worst we have ever used. They left us in an absolute mess and we had to to hire a real contractor to come in and fix his shoddy and unprofessional work.

Tru Builders contracted for 2 Phases of work, first Phase in 2016 and second Phase in 2017. First Phase was completed and the Client gave us a review of all 5’s and one 4 (5 being the highest). The second Phase was completed and inspected by the County per the approved plans and final payment was made by Client. Our work did not include any flooring and some other finishes, per the Clients request. We did not leave any kind of mess, the jobsite was cleaned up. They did hire another Contractor to do additional work, to our knowledge, there were no plans and no permit pulled for that work. None of the work that the other contractor performed “fixed” our work. To further illustrate incorrectness of review: Contract for Phase 2 was for less that $30,000.

We developed trust and confidence in Max Christiansen when we first met him to estimate our project (remodeling of a master bath and hall bath, and upgrading kitchen lighting). His understanding of what we wanted to accomplish was evident, as well as his commitment to providing quality workmanship and results that would match what we wanted. As the project progressed and we worked with his wife, Lori, to select the materials for our remodeling, we knew we were in good hands. The work was completed on schedule, in about 3 weeks. The project supervisor, Mike Wahl, kept us well informed every step of the way and was always professional and responsive to our questions and concerns. All of the workers were very skilled and did excellent work. We are thrilled with the results -- everything is exactly as we wanted it. We would definitely use TruBuilders again and would recommend them to friends.

From our first introduction to the final walk through of our newly remodeled house renovation with Tru Builders we have been thoroughly impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. Initially, Tru Builders provided us with a timely competitive bid along with a detailed budget and a well organized time schedule. Work began and maintained exactly on schedule. Tru Builders Project Manager and Crews were extremely capable and very respectful and kept us informed on progress on a daily basis. We have been in our house for just over a month after reno's and we are totally amazed at how fantastic the process turned out. They were as they state, on time and on budget and we would recommend Tru Builders without hesitation. Thank you Max, Lori, Mike and crew.

Tru Builders are excellent. If they say they will be there at your home at 6:30am they will be there. If they say they will be completed by a certain date, they will be completed. That was in my case. I had an extra room built onto the existing home, approx. 400 sq ft and they said their completion date would be December 24 and It was....Excellent work. Their staff, all the people working for them were personable, informative and all if any problems were addressed immediately and completed. I would recommend them to anyone for their efficiency and quality. You could contact us for visual of our work that was performed and talk directly to my husband or myself. thank you for letting us comment about such a great organization of hard working people. We used tru builders for a complete gut and remodel of our winter home in Scottsdale. I was beyond pleased with the end results. The design help and quality of workmanship and materials were fantastic. The end result is a stunning masterpiece that was beyond our expectations. Our project came in on budget and on time! Our home is now very comfortable and we enjoy every minute we are in AZ. I cant say enough about the quality and service Max and his team provided. I give them an A+.
