We fill fortunate to have found and to have contracted with E.P.Builders. Eric was exceptional in his attention to detail and treated our total master bath remodel as if it was going into his home. Eric kept us informed of how the project was progressing every day and kept every commitment he made. From the materials used to the installation we are exceptionally pleased with the quality, workmanship and the completed renovation. Eric and his team were at our house every day and on-time (or early). They were very careful to keep the the job site and the rest of our house as clean as possible throughout the entire 4 weeks. I give Eric and E.P. Builders my highest recommendation and plan on contracting with him for future projects. As a final note, Eric made several suggestions during the renovation on how to improve the overall look and functionality of the bathroom. I strongly suggest that if Eric is making a recommendation, you should seriously consider taking his advise.

We decided to make the major investment of not only updating our kitchen and dining room spaces, but to also completely reconfigure the layout of that entire cumulative space. The changes included removing walls, rerouting water, gas and septic lines, and adding in new walls which resulted in a completely redesigned and oversized kitchen and eating area. We have known Eric through our kids' involvement with sports over the years and as we conducted our own research and completed our evaluations of which builder would be our best option to bring our vision for our kitchen to life, we came to the conclusion that E.P. Builders was that best option. As the project began to take shape and as we moved through the various phases of design, to planning, to execution of the work, it became very clear that we made a great choice, and that this project was going to be done with a high level of professionalism. I was always very impressed with Eric's project plan and how he had everything organized and coordinated in a way which let the project unfold in the most efficient manner possible. Eric and his team arrived every day on time, they did their work and always were very mindful of cleaning up, so that we could maintain a safe environment when they were not there working. I would highly recommend E.P. Builders to anyone who is thinking about any kind of kitchen, bathroom or home remodel of any kind. We are already planning our next project, and know who we will be contacting.

On the referral of friends, we hired E.P. Builders for a complete kitchen renovation, as well as replacing the flooring on the entire first floor of the house. This was the first time we used a contractor and to say it was a smooth and predictable process would be an understatement. From permits to schedule to coordinating trades, Eric was meticulous. He showed up every day of the job by 8am and stayed until 4/4:30pm. (One day, Eric stayed until 6:30pm to finish the tile backsplash and still another time he worked on a Saturday for an hour and a half spackling.) All this to say that while it was his professionalism, his kindness, and his consistent quality work, what truly made the lasting impression was the timeline. With the exception of demo and final paint (which we did ourselves), Eric and his team hustled and pulled off our kitchen renovation and new floors in only THREE WEEKS and one day!! On the last day, Eric gave us back a spotless kitchen and downstairs... two days before Christmas!! We are 10-11 months out from completion and I can honestly say that every single time I walk into my beautiful kitchen, I'm thankful for the recommendation for E.P. Builders. The herringbone backsplash is still my absolute favorite feature, followed by the navy island. And Eric's suggestions along the way, like the spice rack pull out and island outlet, have also gotten daily use each. E.P. Builders are the consummate professionals and we highly recommend their services.

We had a second floor railing installed on an outside porch. The newly-installed railing was exactly what we were expecting and the work to install it was outstanding. The owner of the company explained exactly what he was going to do and reconfirmed that all was completed as expected once the job was done. All debris was removed and when the job was complete, everything that had been done was fully explained to us. The quality of the work was excellent and we were 100% satisfied. Would definitely recommend EP Builders again.
