My experience with Trenz and Sophie the ownerwas exceptional -- from conceptual design and layout through the final project. Visually Sophie was quick t o understand what I was describing to her and was able to lay it out in detail with small adjustments as needed. Easy to work with and flexible.

Trenz designed, managed and constructed a home renovation consisting of gutting and replacing a kitchen, four bathrooms and a laundry room for my wife and me. From the original designs all the way through construction and completion of the final punch list, we were very pleased with our total experience. The project was completed on time and on budget. We are delighted with our new kitchen, baths and laundry room. Although a major home renovation is a stressful event almost by definition, the ongoing efforts of Trenz during the entire process considerably eased the way for us. In particular we very much appreciated the ready availability and constant communication to us about the project status. Trenz always promptly responded to phone calls or texts. That constant communication provided us a very high level of comfort. We also appreciated the diligence Trenz showed during the construction phase. Workmen were at our home virtually every day without fail during the construction period. Trenz was also there every day to supervise them. Both facts gave us confidence that the project would stay on schedule and be completed as promptly as possible. Indeed, we were thrilled that gutting and replacing a kitchen, four bathrooms and a laundry room could be substantially completed in only eight weeks enabling us to return to our home. Lastly we appreciated Trenz's genuine interest in seeing that we were happy with every little aspect of the project. No detail was too small, no issue too trivial – Trenz often went out of its way to make us happy. We would definitely use Trenz again for any future renovation work.

Trenzgroup was professional and met our deadlines. They were also working with us closely on our budget. The italian cabinets we purchased were not real wood but the design and laminate was so impressive we had to go with them for our budget. It's been 10 months and we are completely happy with the form and function of the cabinets. Any delivery errors were quickly dealt with at no charge to us. We used the cabinets in 3 bathrooms, kitchen and a powder room.
