Traian helped be resolve my kitchen cabinet remodelling following a larger fridge purchase. The cabinet door was taken to a special factory to be cut and same veneer applied. Following the partial inside cabinet adjustments, rebuilding support was needed. He is a mathematician of sorts as all things fit nicely at the first attempt and there were no surprises. He showed both times a bit earlier and also fixed a number of other issues such as replacing dead pistons/hinges and aligning kitchen cabinet doors for a perfect look. I feel grateful for getting someone knowledgeable so you are in good hands. Thank you Traian!

Once again, Traian saved the day! Yes, i am a returning very satisfied customer. The cupboard (already built in prior to me moving here) fell apart. Traian designed the shelf/installed it, and - at the same time he took from his time to help me put up a couple mirrors, a wall hanger and some other wall decorations. He also altered my kitchen isle, as it was not functional the way it was designed - very small kitchen space, not a possibility to have it in the center of it. Therefore, he altered it in order to accommodate the wall, while i still have access to the storage/shelves. Once again he amazed me, with his promptness, professionalism and customer skills. Traian is a Kitchen Guru! This was the second time my husband and I used Traian for a kitchen remodel. Traian, with his expertise, helped us from planning our kitchen all the way through to completion. There are many things we greatly appreciate about Traian. 1. Eye for detail - all cabinets and installed appliances are perfectly leveled and aligned. 2. Creativity - designed our under the stairs cabinets to maximize storage space. He also suggested buying a pull-out garbage/recycling/compost bins from a German Manufacturer - which is one of the best features of our kitchen. 3. Connections - Helped arrange other contractors such as electricians, plumbers, and hardwood floor experts. 4. Respect for you and your home - Traian is tidy and always cleans up after himself. 5. Experience - Traian has been doing this for many years. And we completely trust his judgement and expertise. Our Kitchen used IKEA Cabinets and Appliances, and we selected custom doors fronts along with a custom colour. We completely renovated our kitchen and from planning to completion, we were extremely impressed by the superior quality of Traian’s work. He created a kitchen plan, made an IKEA shopping list with all IKEA article numbers required and he installed all the cabinets. He accommodated standard IKEA cabinets to our odd-shaped kitchen. Traian can do any customization if required. For example, in our kitchen he made a custom-made cabinet so we can use a small space wisely. This cabinet included a custom-made door that matched the style and color with the rest of the cabinets. He customized our sink cabinet to be bigger than IKEA standard sink cabinet. He perfectly aligned top and bottom cabinets, installed custom-made color matching fillers where required, etc. He also installed over-the-range microwave, connecting it to the outside vent. Traian doesn’t justify time for quality – all work was done very accurate, precisely and clean. Traian is very attentive to details: all cabinets and installed appliances are perfectly leveled and aligned. Traian is very punctual and works full hours. He helped to arrange other contractors such as, demolishers, tiles installer, electrician, etc. But you can hire your own contractors if you wish. You can trust his judgement and experience. When we agreed to his recommendations, we were happy about it. He suggested to buy a pole-less Lazy Susan from a European manufacturer, which was much better than from IKEA. We highly recommend Traian and TS Kitchen for your kitchen renovations.

Traian is a wizard… in so many things. A complete package – knowledge, skill, patience, hardworking and a conversationalist on so many topics. He is not just installing your kitchen cabinets. He is patiently listening to everything you have to say, he brings up possible issues, ways of improving and maximizing the space, ways of saving money (who doesn’t need to save money in these days) and is flexible with his time and you have his undivided attention at a 100%! I requested his assistance with custom building a 3 part cabinet for my bedroom, meant to offer more storing place, books, clothing, etc. Not only he took the time to design several for me (he is high tech fully packed, using modern applications to offer the best “picture” – in advance – of how the end product will look. I am a visual person, and these aids actually helped me decide. I am a tough customer, I have high expectations and demands; I am more than impressed with his prestation, efficiency and time management. He is beyond detailed oriented, which saved both of us a lot of possible aggravation. Not with Traian though – he must be the most patient and accommodating contractor I ever dealt with in my entire life. I may have been a bit too overbearing, as I like to watch when work is being done, however, I am glad that I did … this is how I learned a lot of techniques he is using, brilliant ideas to ensure that the job is completed without hiccups and the least mess possible. I am a neat freak, so that is what really made me happy… don’t know if you ever had that experience, when the contractors leave after finishing a job, and you need to clean for a week. Well, Traian is not one of them.

We hired Traian to renovate our condo kitchen which hadn’t seen much work in ~30 years. He was able to effectively guide us to make sure we made the most with the space we had, and recommended us a variety of options from Ikea that would match our requirements. In addition, he provided us with detailed schematics, measurements, and renderings to envision what the end result would look like, which helped us when picking our finishes, cabinet colours, countertops, and more. The quality of the work was exceptional and it was completed in a timely manner. On top of this, Traian was able to work around our other contractors and was very understanding. We would strongly recommend Traian for any kitchen renovations you have in mind. He has a strong attention to detail and always keeps your best interest in mind.

Working with Traian of TS Kitchens was a great experience. He did a complete rebuild of my small condo kitchen and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome! I am not very experienced with renovations, but Traian took the time to walk me through each step so I always understood what was required and which decisions needed to be made when. He was scrupulous in making sure I understood the exact costs of each choice before I committed, so that I was never surprised by the bill. Of course doing a project in 2022 means a lot of supply challenges. It took time to get the parts we wanted, but Traian was always super clear about what we were waiting on, and often had creative solutions to make better use of what was available.

When my husband and I renovated our home, one of the rooms we were most excited to redo was the kitchen. We had a vision of what we wanted, and were excited about the possibilities, but we weren’t sure exactly how to bring that vision to life – this is where Traian enters the story! Our first interaction with Traian was when he came to see our current kitchen (take measurements, hear about our vision for what we wanted to achieve, etc.). Our impression during this first visit was that he was a very straight, to the point type of guy. We weren’t sure how this was going to go. Having dealt with many other contractors, we were well aware that finding the good ones isn’t always easy, and that first impression had us a bit worried. However, as that visit progressed, it became clear that Traian was the person for the job. He listened to what we wanted and was able to offer suggestions for how to make it even better. After that first meeting, he drafted up a plan for our kitchen, and we were ready to get started! The first step in the process was for us to order all the parts that were needed. Traian did a fantastic job of simplifying this process for us. There are a lot of parts needed to build a kitchen, but he laid them all out clearly on a spreadsheet, making it easy to follow along, ensuring nothing gets missed. Once all the parts came in, we worked with Traian to schedule time for the work to be done. As with all contractors, Traian is a busy guy, but he worked with us to find a time that worked. He knew how badly we wanted to get the kitchen done ASAP, and he really worked with us to make that happen. As if we weren’t already impressed with Traian at this point, things only got better from here. As the work began, we started to encounter the inevitable snags (uneven walls, uneven ceilings, etc.). But with each challenge, Traian rose to the occasion. He truly has an eye for detail and brings a level of professionalism and perfection to all that he does. Even when a fix would add unexpected time to the job, he didn’t hesitate to get it done. There are no shortcuts with Traian – he knows what he is doing and does it the right way – EVERY TIME. Beyond being excellent at what he does, Traian is also a great guy. Himself and my husband would talk every morning when Traian arrived. One day, Traian was heading out to get a coffee. I was out with the car that day, so my husband asked Traian if he would mind getting a coffee for him too. Not only did Traian deliver – but they also had a GREAT laugh about how usually it’s the homeowner buying coffee for the contractor, and not the other way around. But from that day forward, anytime Traian got a coffee for himself, he would also think about my husband. Just one example of the type of guy Traian is. Now that our kitchen is done, we can truly say that Traian far exceeded our expectations. Traian installed Ikea cabinets and countertops in my condo kitchen in July 2022 and his work was impeccable. He had to contend with wavy walls, an uneven ceiling, and oddly sized appliances but the kitchen turned out wonderfully. He offered suggestions for improving the layout, custom cut cabinets to optimize storage space, and covered up shoddy-ish work done by my general contractor. I really can't say enough about the quality of his work. He sweated over tiny details that 99% percent of people would never notice. One example: he spent 30 minutes cutting one piece of filler so it plugged an awkward gap left by my contractor. Most people probably would have just filled the gap with caulk, which would have looked terrible up close. But not Traian. He also patiently explained to me, a reno noob, everything he was doing and why. No matter what the internet says, hanging Ikea cabinets properly is hard. It takes skill and dedication. Traian has both. I recommend him 100%.

Traian did a great job estimating, designing and installing our ikea kitchen. He was a great help making some sound suggestions. The work was done in a timely and efficient manor. Traian is very easy to get along with and he follows through with what he promises and he ensures that the job is done right. My husband and I really enjoyed working with him.

We hired TS Kitchen (Traian) to full replace the builders kitchen in a 8 year old house we just purchased. The current kitchen was on a smaller scale and not the style we were looking for. Our plan was to fully renovate the main floor, making it open concept, by removing a 5’ wall dividing the kitchen from the family/dining room. We also decided to have hardwood all over, including the kitchen. We found Traian on Houzz, when we were looking for ideas for a modern kitchen. We were leaning towards having it all store bought, but that changed . Traian came to perform all measurements prior to the full reno, so many of the lengths were as per our “up to here” and “this is what we want”. We have pre-purchased all new appliances, so we knew it roughly where we wanted things. While the renos were occurring, Traian was providing us with professional computer generated drawings of our kitchen, and in return we were providing him our feedback, including changes we wanted. It was very easy. Traian based on his professionalism knew what would work and provided feedback as to what would not/would not look good. Including recommending a specific built-in ventilation hood. In the end based on having 9 foot ceilings and wanting to use the most of it, we settled on the final design that was semi custom. Basically it was all ready made bought cabinet boxes, but all “faces” were custom ordered. This also included modifying the ready made boxes in order to make the design work. We also settled on the colours, with his suggestions. When it was time to start, Traian was very professional. He would bring in his top of the line tools, and clean up after him self each day. You can consider Traian a perfectionists. He would make sure that when it comes to level-ing, he was no more than 0.05 degrees off. That is crazy... in a good way. It took a while to finish up all the work, due to various aspects, like waiting for the custom size doors/panels from manufacturers, ordered parts, counter top installations, as well asks (our) for various last minute modifications once the installation was in full swing. Plus at times, we needed to wait for a short while for Traian to finish another project, which he took up while we were waiting for the above. His business/services are very much wanted by many. In the end the kitchen looks great. Getting rave from anyone coming over to our house. I would recommend TS Kitchens to everyone, and look forward to working together if I have another project in the future. See pictures attached for the final “masterpiece”.

I hired TS Kitchen Projects to complete the installation of my new Ikea kitchen which I had designed myself (silly me!). I couldn't be happier with the finished product and working with Traian and Jose was a real pleasure. Positives: - Very prompt replies to calls and emails. Traian is the best at getting back to you - Jose is very precise with his work. He takes his time but you know that it will be done right - Both have a wealth of experience with the Ikea product and will use it to your advantage - Hard working and determined to make you happy - Very competitively priced - Jose was very neat and kept the area so tidy it was also like a reno wasn't happening Tips for you: - Hire TS Kitchens to do it all! Don't be like me who hired my own trades for the various elements and was then left in the lurch by the plumber. Thank goodness for Traian's network of trades or the timeline for the kitchen would have been derailed - When you read in other reviews "Have no fear Traian is here!" believe it because it is so true!
