In summary, Eric and his team did a fabulous job refinishing our kitchen, powder room, entry way, and dining room floors. I interviewed six (6) different companies in an attempt to find a company that would treat my home like it was their home and their wife was going to review the results! Eric's approach and experience out far and away above all of the others interviewed. His personality and commitment to client satisfaction came through in every conversation we had. He showed me recent examples of completed projects and talked candidly about what could and could not be done. We had Eric and his team come in and sand and refinish our floors while we were on vacation. While I would have been extremely concerned about allowing virtual strangers into my home while I was gone, Eric's character put me at ease and allowed us to enjoy our trip while he completed the job. When we arrived home the transformation of the floors was stunning, He flawlessly matched the color and sheen of the newly refinished floors to the other hardwood floors on the first floor that were done several years ago. He lived up to the reviews that were posted on one of the more common contractor review site. A note about his claim of dustless sanding. He did not exaggerate the claim. When we came home from our two week trip there was no more dust in the house then one would expect after two weeks of not dusting. His approach and the tools he uses all but eliminated the dust. He was not the lowest bid. However, as many have found out, taking the lowest bid does not always end well and does not mean that you will not spend more in the long run. We have had other more commonly known flooring companies sand and refinish our floors previously in this house and the home we lived in prior to this one and we have never been as satisfied as we are with Totally Floored. Totally Floored was the best choice!

Excellent work. Workers showed up when they said they would and took exceptional care to clean up, protect walls, and they installed a great floor. The transitions to stairs, an existing floor, etc. were works of art!!

Totally Floored did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors. Eric came for an estimate the day after I called and got an estimate to me quickly. His price was fair and close to another competitor. Tony did the floors and was was very careful with walls and furniture. The floors were restored to their original beauty. I could not be happier! Eric and Tony were flexible about some scheduling needs. I highly recommend Totally Floored! Small company with excellent personalized service.

After doing an amazing job refinishing our downstairs hardwood floors, we hired them to refinish our entire second floor including the stairs!! We are in love with the final result. I hired Totally Floored to refinish my hardwood floors after pulling up the carpet. I was a little concerned about having workers in our house when we were out of the country but felt I could trust Eric, the owner. When we returned, the floors were beautiful and everything was fine. Eric was very helpful in making decisions, highly responsive and I will definitely use them again, without hesitation.

Eric and Totally Floored exceeded my expectations. Eric is a small business owner who is dedicated to honest customer service and satisfaction. Eric met all commitments and provided quick responses to my questions. I had over 1,000 square feet of solid oak installed in my home, and it looks exceptional. Also, Eric completely matched the oak board end cuts to a stone fireplace. I highly recommend Eric for hardwood flooring installation.

Eric Wolfram's company, Totally Floored, has done work twice for us over the past 2 years. To say they are an outstanding firm that does great work is probably an understatement when you also consider how reasonable their pricing is compared to other experiences we have seen. Two years ago our son was getting married in our backyard and we had both our LR and FR hardwood sanded and re-finished by Totally Floored and they did a beautiful job at the most reasonable cost we could find. So this year, when we decided to redo our DR, Kitchen, Foyer and half-bath, it was an easy choice and, again, we couldn't be happier with the superb job they did in matching all of our hardwood flooring to the beautiful dream we have had since purchasing our home 43 years ago, and at such a reasonable price. Be smart and call them to get their best estimate and projected completion date. You will be truly pleased and "totally floored" at their guidance, recommendations, clean-up and professionalism!!

Totally Floored was a great company to work with. When my wife and I purchased our home, we loved everything about it, but we wanted the floors to be darker than they were. We hired Totally Floored to refinish the existing flooring on the main level and upstairs. Additionally, we requested to have a small section of flooring added where previously cabinets had been sitting on the subfloor. Everything was done quickly, and looked amazing upon completion. Best of all, they left our house clean as if they had never been there. I would absolutely recommend anyone who needs new flooring, or existing flooring to be refinished, to give Totally Floored a call.
