We recently completed the "dreaded" window replacement home improvement - we've been putting it off for 5 yrs now. We spent a good 12+ months researching online and in person as to which windows and installer to use. We settled on Total Home KC at the recommendation of others and other contractors who use them, and we also settled on Marvin Integrity windows (fiberglass exterior, real wood interior). We have casement windows and they are not cheap, or easy to replace. We had 33 total panes of glass replaced - 17 windows out of 19 in the house - all complete frame replacements inside and out (no insert replacements -forget that). So it was a HUGE project financially for us, so we didn't take it lightly. We were very apprehensive. Bottom line - Total Home KC is HANDS DOWN the best window installers and Marvin Integrity, with the real wood interiors for a top-end look, and fiberglass exterior for lifetime maintenance-free, was perfect. Jake Matthew, Total Home KC's Window guy, is the best in the business - up front, easy to talk to, knows the window replacement business, honest, responsive, and trustworthy. I would love to go have a beer with the guy, he's that nice. Pat Strand, the owner, is also top-shelf, and I'd recommend him and his company to ANYONE for ANY home remodeling. The window installers - Mirek and Antonio - are the ONLY 2 installers Total Home uses, and they've been with TH for like 17 yrs now - they work hard, they are perfectionists, they clean up every day, and they did a 200% perfect job for us with installs, framing, brick molding, caulking, sealing, cleaning, and interior drywall work where needed. The finishers - Javier and Jorge - did an incredible job staining the inside to match all the other oak wood trim in the house, and matched the paint for all interior and exterior walls and trim. Top to bottom - Total Home KC is by far the best home remodeler we've ever worked with (and we've used Jericho and others as well, all very good too). USE THEM!!!

Pat and his team remodeled our basement last year and we could not be more satisfied!!! Everything was done as we had talked about plus Pat and his team had some excellent ideas on how to complete some areas of our project. They were all very easy to work with. They did a wonderful job. Total Home also completed the job when they had promised so we could have it all done to enjoy for Christmas. If we have any other project needs Total Home is who we will call.

Dealing with Total Home was an excellent experience. Our project included remodeling the kitchen, adding and refinishing hardwood floors and painting. They did everything they promised with a very high degree of professionalism. There were no surprises and the project came in on budget and time.

The Total Home team did a complete demo and remodel of our Kitchen in the fall of 2013. From start of demolition to the cleaning crew at the end, Pat and the team went above and beyond to make sure our needs and desires were accomodated. From the custom cabinets, counters, and last, minute changes, everything was perfect. They completed the project on time, withing the budget they set, and were very flexible along the way. It was as pleasant as not having a kitchen for 8 weeks can be.

Total home did a siding and window restoration plus a full exterior paint job on our home. Their crews were professional, very neat, clean and hard working. The price was very reasonable and they fulfilled their contracts and completed in a timely manner. I would recommend and will be contacting them again to bid on a future job.

I shopped the job and was very happy with Total Home being the chosen one. Installed new windows, replaced trim, replaced rotten siding from around, exterior paint total. Wow. These guys are perfection at a competitive price. Done well ahead of schedule. I will use them exclusively in the future.

I would recommend Total Home every time! I had them install windows at my house and their work is extremely high quality. They went the extra mile to make sure that the little details were perfect, and they were very professional throughout the whole process. They finished earlier than they quoted and never asked for more money. An altogether pleasant experience, and that's saying something when it comes to remodeling! Call them!

I hired Total Home to replace the windows in my new house. The builder put in cheap windows and wouldn't even upgrade them for $. Once I moved in, I had Total Home come out and replace the windows with nice double panes. The team was very professional, fast and clean. When they were done, it looked like the build had intended to includ them the whole time. Great job, highly recommended!!!
