We have worked with Tory for nearly 15 years. She is responsive, efficient and highly creative. Tory does an amazing job of transforming dull and ugly rooms into beautiful and stunning spaces. She has a great deal of experience in working with older homes and giving them a fresh, current look. She will work within your budget and meet any realistic deadlines. She also knows how to create environments that are comfortable and practical for families.

I have had the pleasure of working with Tory for the past 15 years on a variety of projects from large-scale renovations to furniture and finish selections. Tory is both patient and committed to interpreting my unique design aesthetic and meeting my high level of expectations for the finished product. I have recommended her to friends and associates who can make the same claim even though their tastes, budgets and projects have been very different from mine. That special attention means a lot when hiring a professional to make selections that you hope to enjoy for many years.

Tory was a great choice. I am an architect; and was just trying to accomplish a limited scope of new furnishings: drapes, rugs, some new furniture and some reupholstered pieces. Tory worked up preliminary cost estimate; and we began with selections. She knew that I wanted minimal pattern and narrow range of light neutral colors. So she presented multiple options for fabrics and furnishings; we were able to make quick choices; and get things ordered. A few months later all came together for installation. Tory has very reliable resources; and she certainly responded to my personal goals.

Tory helped us with a major renovation on our home. She is meticulous and so organized. She made the whole process of renovating a whole house a true pleasure. I had some very specific ideas about what I wanted, and she respected that but made sure that everything we picked out together was well thought out. There are so many details that go into renovating a house and Tory was able to help guide me about everything from shingle colors to the diameter of canned lights. But more than anything else, she made sure to keep my very tight budget in mind. She brought my budget with her to every meeting (from the tile store to the lighting store) and made sure that we picked out things that in total were on or under budget. But she did wonders with that tight budget by spending on strategic things, like counters and the master bathroom, to still make our house look very high-end. Without her guidance, we would have made a lot of design mistakes and definitely overspent on our budget. Her input was invaluable to the process of making sure the whole house was cohesive. And the end product is the most beautiful house that I have ever lived it. It is really beyond any of my expectations and it is largely because of Tory. I cannot recommend her enough. She will save you time (in not making stupid mistakes), money (because she's probably keeping a better eye on your budget than anyone) and your sanity. Tory, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! You have helped me build my dream home.

We started working with Tory when we built our new house back in 2007-2008. We were so happy with Tory's knowledge, professionalism, understanding of our preferences, and ability to deliver on time and on budget, that we have worked with her on several projects over the last ten years. Our work with Tory has included choosing paint colors, selecting granite/marble, planning and selection of furniture and carpets, and recommending artwork. We would highly recommend Tory to anyone searching for interior design services. She is incredible at what she does, and makes working through complicated projects and budgets easy for her clients.

My husband and I renovated our house last year. Our renovation included a full re-do of the kitchen, master bath, new roof, outdoor and indoor painting, as well as other spaces. There were so many choices to make, from lighting to faucets to paint color to appliances, and Tory was completely indispensable. We honestly do not know what we would have done without her. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was able to understand our taste and help us make quality selections that stayed in our budget. She is also very professional and efficient--she does not waste any time, I think we ended up saving money in the end because of her help, and we are so happy with all of the choices she helped us make--even a year later. I have recommended her without any reservation to a number of friends and family.

Tory is wonderful!!! Her work is beautiful and elegant. She is great at listening to what you want and need for the design of your home or office, and provides insightful options without sacrificing beauty. She has done my home and my office and I regularly get compliments from visitors about how beautiful the space is. She is a joy to be around and easy to work with, and a consummate professional.

We have used Tory for many projects over the years, including picking all colors and finishes for new construction, furnishing entire rooms and designing window treatments throughout our home. She is fantastic. She has a great eye and is always mindful of incorporating your own style when making selections as well as working within your budget. Can't recommend her highly enough!!

The bottom line is that Tory is excellent at what she does. We engaged Tory to assist us with furnishing our entire first floor when we purchased a new house and realized none of our townhouse furniture fit the new space. It was an overwhelming project from our perspective, but Tory put us at ease from the start by setting a realistic budget and preparing a drawing of her thoughts on the overall size and type of furnishings and light fixtures . Given our work schedules, she met with on Saturdays, which was a HUGE help (and she never made us feel like this was a burden on her). It is probably second nature to her, but one of my favorite things about working with Tory was that she follows your lead. We probably needed more help (and more stylistic input) than most of her clients, and she happily took the lead to first narrow options for us so that we weren't overwhelmed and also help us select items that would look good together and not be too bland. On top of that, she was quick to realize when we were getting decision fatigue, and she helped break up the projects into manageable chunks. She has great working relationships with her "suppliers", which really made life easy for us. Just by way of example - when we were shopping for art, the gallery arranged for pieces that were too big for our cars to be dropped off and picked up so we could see them in our space. All this to say, Tory is a joy to work with. Most importantly, though, the space she helped with looks AMAZING. We get so many compliments from friends and family, and we have enjoyed the redesigned space immensely - both visually and functionally. She really nailed our vision, and we have engaged Tory to help with a few more projects around the house.

I hired Tory to provide design guidance in helping me select some new furniture and upholstery fabric for my home. It was a small-scale project and while Tory typically works on projects of a more comprehensive nature, she used her expertise to give me great advice while respecting my budget and existing furnishings. She was efficient with her time and a very good listener. I would definitely work with her again.
