Tori Murphy

As a designer, I am fuelled by a love of pattern, texture & colour and my approach to design has been developed since graduating from the Royal College of Art with a MA in Textiles, then further honing my skills and style working for a Milan textiles house where I designed for clients including Christian Dior, DKNY & Fendi. Driven by a desire to create products with character & integrity, my pursuit to weave fabric & manufacture in Britain has been challenging but I am very proud to say our fabric is woven in Lancashire, washed in the Yorkshire Dales & made up in to product in Nottingham. Launched in June 2012 and now a compact team of six, we hope Tori Murphy products tell a story of creativity, determination and great British craftsmanship.
