Purchased a new construction home that Mr. Marcantel built speculatively in Cramerton NC. Discovered the home online and investigated further on Mr. Marcantel's website. Visited the home on a trip to visit family at Christmas. Made an offer and signed a contract to purchase on the day we visited the home. Mr. Marcantel is a very professional and hospitable builder. His finished product is of extremely high quality with exceptional attention to detail. He is fair and honest. My wife and I look forward to spending our retirement in the beautiful home that he designed and built.
