HELENA FRANK STUDIO

The Copenhagen-based brand Helena Frank Studio was established in 2015, by Swedish illustrator Helena Frank. Helena Frank creates art prints, sold through her webshop, and soon to be in design shops worldwide. She also works as a freelance illustrator, and has clients both in the publishing and fashion industry. Helena works with a traditional hand-drawn pencil technique. With a muted colour palette and firm attention to detail, her imaginative illustrations are always remaining grounded in reality. Her wish is to create playful aesthetic art that will sit happily in any space in your home, and to shine some light on oddity of the everyday. Helena’s work is always built around her technique – she love exploring the pencil, seeking for new textures and expressions. At the moment she is working on new line of minimalistic limited art prints, where texture, shape and clean compositions is the core. Frank has studied at Konstfack (University college of Art, Crafts and Design) in Sweden, and did also graduate as Animation Director from the National Film School of Denmark in 2010. Everything in this webshop is made in Denmark. The store stocks a range of prints and cards, and the product range, as well as the print collection, will expand over the coming year.
