Tod is an amazing pool designer. He is very professional and fun to work with. He designed the perfect pool and spa for my backyard space. Tod listened to everything that I wanted and created something that I would of never imagined seen in my backyard. My family is beyond satisfied with our backyard oasis. If I need another pool in the future, Tod would be the first person I would go to. Thank you Tod for your hard work and out of this world imagination!! Highly recommended!

After working with several pool designers over several months we met with Tod of Florida Aquatics. He listened to our needs which included having a functional rectangular pool with a clean modern look. Our pool is setup for basketball and watervolleyball and the circular sun shelf looks amazing.

We moved to Fl into a house where the pool was designed by Tod. We took over plans that he had designed. The pool we ended up with is a beautiful classic design. The tile choices were beautiful. The layout is so simple and so classic. It’s a breath taking master piece in the backyard. The quality of the materials were premium and the pool equipement is as good as it gets. Tod Brown - What an outstanding individual! Tod listened and clearly heard our dream as we sat down the first time and he created a pool with all the curves, characteristics and appeal that we shared. Yes, the first pool he designed was absolutely beautiful. It was a bit out of our wheelhouse from a price perspective; however he showed how we were able to still get our dream pool within our budget with a few minor adjustments. All this was happening while Tod's fun attitude and slight sarcasm shined. A pool is only as good as it's "guts." He not only made the pool look good from the outside,outside, but he also made sure we had the best of the best plumbing, pump, UV, Fusion2 and lighting options. He ensured we were comfortable and confident with the final design and brought us to the cost we felt most comfortable with. Tod was an absolute joy to work with. We shopped around before we decided to commit to putting in a pool. Our experience with Tod was very different from the experience we had with any other designers. On our very first meeting with Tod, he came over to our house and we told him what we were looking for. To our surprise, Tod sat at our kitchen table and designed our pool. Tod did a fantastic job on our project! The pricing was comparable to other pool companies that we consulted with and the difference in price is shown in the quality of the work. We wanted a rectangular pool and Todd added a few design features to make the pool unique. There were a few late additions and he was able to work quickly to get them incorporated. He always shows enthusiasm in his work and made the design process easy and fun.

After 4 painful months of searching for the right pool builder for our project, it all turned around the day we met Tod. We had a long wish list, most of which were also must-haves. We felt going into it that our budget wasn’t big enough, but we also felt we should be getting more for the kind of money other builders wanted for our project. Tod solved all of those problems in his first design. We now have a pool that is equal parts unique and functional, luxurious and practical, and we have features that we haven’t seen in any other pools around town. Tod was able to discuss dozens of design features that drive project costs up, while helping us zero in on those that pay back over time. He helped us see the steps we could take over time to create the perfect backyard, and coming away from the design and the build, we are thrilled with the result, and we know we have a great foundation to build on over time.

I went to Tod in May 2018 to get a pool quote. One of 3 quotes in total. Tod was very knowledgeable & very personable. Even though his quote was not the lowest we still chose to get our pool through him. Tod went to great lengths to make sure we knew what we would be getting for our money & helped us with the financing as well. Tod also took plenty of time helping us make a design plan for our backyard & situation for what we wanted. I highly recommend Tod Brown for any further Pool projects.
