I highly recommend Tim O'brien Homes to anyone who wants a stress free home building experience. They take care of everything and have great selections for the home which saves time from running around and trying to find all the details a great home needs.

From our new homes consultant, Sheila Herbst, to our personal onsite project manager, Eric Evans, and our design coordinator, Jennifer Hawley, the entire team and experience with TOB was great. They addressed our concerns and questions with ease and timely responses. We would highly recommend them if you are looking for a semi-custom home builder. Their attention to energy efficiency is what our deciding factor was to choose them to build our new home.

This was our first time building a home and we are so glad we went with Tim O’Brien Homes! We love our new home! The process could not have gone any smoother than it did. From the start, Sheila was great! She quickly responded to our questions and concerns. She kept us informed at where we were at with the process and what was to follow. Our construction manager, Joe, was great too! He was also quick to respond back to our questions. Of course there were some hiccups but nothing that was not able to get fixed or worked out. The building process stayed on schedule despite it being the middle of winter! We couldn’t have asked to work with a better team. They were also looking out for our interest and definitely wanted to keep us happy.

I would recommend Tim O'Brien to anyone! We moved into our newly built home 5 months ago and have been beyond pleased. The building process was seamless and the level of professionalism was tiptop. Their architectural knowledge and product expertise was excellent. Tim O'Brien was upfront with cost and their ability to meet deadlines, was superior. I love that our home is energy efficient and we've seen the difference in our utility bills. Tim O'Brien's top priority is ensuring client satisfaction and it shows. In 20 years when we are needing a change, we'll be calling Tim O'Brien to build our second home.

My husband and I built a Tim O'Brien home about a year ago and we couldn't be happier. Not only is the lot in an amazing location, but we also love the floorplan! Tim O'Brien has so many amazing floor plans to choose from, it was really hard to decide which one to go with! Our new home consultant, Corey, was exceptionally great to work with! He was super helpful, responsive and always professional. Through out the entire building process (and after) he was always there to answer questions and offer help in any was possible. He truly made us feel like we were a priority. Excellent customer service!!! In the design team, Lori, was really sweet and very helpful as well. She was patient with us in making our selections and followed through with all of our questions. Since we have been living in our new home Jim has been wonderful helping us with our new home warranty. We feel that he truly cares and wants us to be happy with our home. We can honestly say he has gone above and beyond for us and we are very greatful! Thank you Tim O'Brien for a wonderful team that is caring and has been great to work with!

Built with them last year. Building process was great until we moved in. Have had 6 or 7 issues come up and each took at least 6 months to fix. Their response was always it got fixed eventually. If it took them 6 months to fix issues with building a house they would be out of business. Great while you are building yet you are very Much an afterthought after you move in.

We do not yet have a contract with them, but inspite of that, Tim O'Brien Homes has been working with us for the past 4 months on site evaluations, soil tests and estimates. They have been great! In a few months when it is time to start the planning process, we will definitely be going with Tim O'Brien.

Their floor plans and model homes are stunning. We built in 2014 and love our home. Even 19 months after moving in, the company is still very helpful with any question or concerns we have about our home.

We built our home with TOH. We are very happy with our home and our experience with the team! Five years later, we love our home and have no complaints!

We bought with Tim O'Brien Home about a year ago & move into our new home last Oct. We couldn't be happy with the location and new beautiful home we have. Workmanship was of the best quality, even tho the project manager left Tim O'Brien just prior to our building. O'Brien Homes dwealt with any issues we had as they became apparent.

To all concerned: What a wonderful experience with TOB Builders. I have never built before. Had specific requirements. Went through lots of plans and made many changes to an existing plan, with the Help of Amy. What a great person!! Then construction began and Don took over as the construction manager.. Both helped during the building process. Also, the rest of the staff, was always there when needed. Service, after completion has been outstanding. We recently built our home in Mequon with Tim O'Brien. I have to say I was impressed with the professional team that he has. Jackie was the most patient and accommodating individual I have met. If there were any needs to modify or change existing plans she was on top of it. Nick, the construction manager was always responsive to help if a problem and made sure you were satisfied with the results. Building a new home can be an overwhelming process. But the team at Tim O'Brien made it manageable and dare I say an enjoyable process!!
