Tennessee Contracting Services is that rare company that does it ALL right. I received a timely visit, detailed quote, professional service and repair with great communication. I will no longer shop around for any roof repairs or replacement. TCS found the cover up of bad repairs I had paid for years ago with another roofer (and I was unaware I had bad repairs) and repaired my roof like it was their own roof. Hard to come by in hiring anyone today for anything. It took extra time but it was total proof to me that they do a job right and have great integrity.

We had our roof redone, a porch built on, and the guttering and siding done to our house in Old Hickory. James was a wonderful person to deal with and helped us find other contractors to do work that he did not do. We loved our experience. TCS did a wonderful job from the quote to the project itself. James showed up on time to look at my room and give me a quote. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and gave me a quote on the spot that was accurate after the project was completed. The roof replacement itself went very smoothly, and quickly. They started around 7 AM and were done around 2 PM while I was still at work. They also did a great job picking up any debris or trash from the job. Can't say enough good things about the job they did and how good it looks.

We love our new roof!! Our contractors made it possible to receive the 3d shingles for a GREAT price! It was done in one day and we are very pleased with the results. Our new roof made our house look 20 years younger on the outside! Thanks!!!!

Our roof was approaching 23 years old and had issues around the edges of the house where broken shingles were causing water to run back up into the soffit. This had caused water damage around the house. In addition we were dealing with a construction gap between the decking and the rafter tails that allowed squirrels to chew their way in along with plenty of wasps in the attic. We hired James to replace the roof, repair and paint the rotted wood, install new custom drip molding to seal up the gap and to install new gutter cards around the house. The crew arrived about 20 minutes ahead of schedule bright and early. Though James was not onsite all day, there was a foreman to work with on questions etc and James was available at all times via cell. He did stop by once or twice during the job. We had the old roof removed and went with a Timberline HD shingle in it's place. The crew was able to complete the entire roofing job in one day including installing the gutter guard and new drip mold. Clean up was good as a few weeks later we have only found one or two pieces of paper and two nails. We have had a small issue with a gutter placement and some water backing up into the soffit and even 2 months after the installation, James has been prompt in returning our calls and scheduling to come out and correct any possible issues. The roof looks great and we have had many compliments. He has gone above and beyond and I would definitely recommend this company.

Working with TCS was a great experience for me. They guided me through the insurance process with patience and professionalism and answered my queries promptly and courteously. They fulfilled all their obligations and then some. Most importantly the workmanship was excellent. My roof, siding and gutters look great! They are definitely the ones I'll called should I need anything done in the future.

TCS repaired our roof after a tornado ripped sections of shingles off of it. Their cost was extremely reasonableq, much less than the company we originally called. Workmanship was acceptable, the only negative was a ridge point which appears somewhat bunched. They were courteous, professional, and prompt.
