We changed our old tub to a walk-in shower and added a new vanity and we could not be happier. From the first day, everything was spelled out for us as to how the project would go. Very nice people to work with. Listened to all of our concerns. We received a calendar with who was coming on what day and what time. Lots of communication. Very respectful. Will definitely use this company again!

Titus remodeled our entire house and made it our home! During the 10-month project, all staff and crew members were onsite when promised and the project was completed on budget. Our project included a lot of work from all the trades, and they were on time, respectful, and always left a clean jobsite. With a project of this size there were bound to be a few challenges and surprises, and Titus staff always handled them with the utmost professionalism, patience, and trustworthiness. We even had many laughs along the way! Thank you to Greg and Brian as our site managers who listened to our direction and ideas when we gave them, and they gave us direction and ideas when we needed them. Greg was our lead project manager, and he was great at coordinating all the crazy pieces to this remodel puzzle! Thank you to the onsite crew, Gabe, Mike, Matt, and Brad, who helped put all the puzzle pieces together over the 10 months! Kudos to the four of them who kept everything going every day that they were here. A shout out to Steph for her appreciation and understanding of the history of my childhood home during our first meeting with her and the importance of blending the old character of the house while updating it and making it our own. We have already recommended Titus to others and will continue to do so. It was a joy to work with all of you. Cheers to you for a job well done

We had an amazing renovation experience with Titus. We did a lower level gut renovation, knocking down some walls, adding a kitchen, new flooring, new drywall, new sliding door, etc. Everything was done beautifully. The cost they bid us was roughly what we ended up paying, no surprise fees. Everything was done on time and they got to work on the project very quickly after we commissioned the work. Working with Steph as our designer, Daniel as our building manager, and Dillon as our on site project manager was easy and seamless! Dillon especially was a gem, he's super responsive, and does beautiful work that surpassed my expectations!

We have had Titus do three major re-modelings to our townhome in Edina, beginning with the whole main floor when we bought the unit, then the lower level, and finally the master bath. We continued to use them because of the incredible quality of their work, the professional managing of the details, and the talent and integrity of all of their employees. Over the years we have done several major remodeling projects to our homes and vacation properties; and as a result have experienced "the good, the bad, and the ugly" of do-it-yourself, handymen, and professional re-modelers. As a result, we can say without exception that Titus is the top of the line. From the start of the project to the final walk through, they are professional but personal, always available to answer questions, ready to make changes (or advise not to do so), and truly caring about our results. From the beginning of a project, Titus's crew is exceptional. At our first meeting, their designers met with us to walk through our home to get a "feel" for our style and needs. Then at our first planning meeting, they had several choices all laid out ( all within our price range!). Not only did that process save us driving from supplier to supplier to look at a myriad of possibilities, their samples had hit our style "on the head." Throughout the process, all the workers - from the project manager, to site manager, to sub-contractors, to Titus' crew members - were exceptionally accessible, responsible, professional, and skilled. They were a pleasure to work with. It is clear that Titus cared about our project, and cared about the quality of the people on their team. When my wife and I decided to remodel our kitchen we felt overwhelmed, and didn't know where to start. Titus provided a full-service remodel from concept, to design all the way through construction. Steph, our designer, was great! We connected right away, and not only did she listen to our ideas, she was a true collaborator, and her attention to detail was amazing -- we were very excited about our design and couldn't wait to get the project started. Scott worked with us to get the price to where we were comfortable, The construction of the project was not without it's glitches, but Eric and Gabe kept us in the loop throughout so there were no surprises -- they even made a small fix or two for us at the end that were not even part of the project! Overall I would highly recommend Titus for any project you can use them for. Very professional, and reputable contractor. Hire them, you won't regret it.

Titus built a wet bar in the basement of our home and it turned out beautiful. Due to supply chain shortages, we experienced minor delays in getting our cabinets but they still completed our project in a timely manner and kept us updated and in the loop on all communications. We were very impressed not only with their work but with their professionalism and communication. We always knew what was coming next and got updates from them along the way. The final product was beautiful and we got compliments from our friends on how great the wet bar looked!

We chose Titus to design and remodel our kitchen and main floor bath based on a neighbor recommendation. They have a dedicated team assigned to your project as well as dedicated subcontractors. There were only a couple bumps along the way but we figured things out quickly thanks to that dedicated team. Their project manager kept things moving along and between him and the site supervisor, who was there almost every day, we were well informed. The design is working really well and we are very happy with the work. It looks beautiful! Recommend Titus for your project!

Titus completed a full kitchen and entry way remodel. The firm and all of its subs did an outstanding job from demo to finish. The project schedule and estimates were very, very close to what was quoted. Their project managers were onsite frequently and kept us informed of all progress. Their use of the Buildertrend online tool made it easy to ask questions and get updates on anything.

We just wrapped up our remodeling project that touched over half of our home, and are extremely happy. We reached out to Titus after almost signing a contract with another company that had a lower price tag, but provided no plans or design, and knew would be a much larger cost than the contracted quote amount. We are very happy with the decision, and are looking forward to completing our lower level with Titus. Our team of project managers, designers and even sub contractors was great...professional, friendly, informative, etc. It means a lot in this current state of things (we work from home full time) to have people that you trust to share space with to be respectful and personable, and we are very grateful for the experience. On to phase 2!

We chose Titus to remodel our master bathroom and powder room. We chose them because they had on staff interior designers. They made great suggestions and were within our budget. The new custom cabinets were beautiful. The project manager and crew were professional, experienced and did excellent work. They were flexible with changes I requested during the project and finished on time. We are so glad we chose Titus for our project and highly recommend them to others.

NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS! We chose Titus based on a recommendation from Mingle, and they were one of the more expensive contractors that we talked with. What a terrible decision that was. 1. Project Duration: we were promised a 2 months delivery of the project, which ended up being 6 months. 2. Bad management: management is quite terrible, after the deal was signed - no one from the delivery team or management ever thought to pick up the phone to checkin and provide any update, nor did they stop by and check on the status of the project. Lee mentioned that he stopped by a couple of times, but that was bogus given I work from home. 3. NO Project Management Skills: my wife and I spent our time managing the entire project as title lacked tremendously on how to manage this. Multiple times we hear 'we have not done this before'. Some times days would go buy, no one would show up and we are not even informed. We often how to guide the team on how to install specific items. For example, after the kitchen countertop was installed, no one bothered to seal behind the faucet. As a result, water leaked into the cabinet causing damage to the new wood in the cabinet. Titus did nothing about it. 4. Rude: one day I called the so called project manager at Titus frustrated, and his response was ' you are ridiculous'. Yes, the Titus project manager called me 'ridiculous', then hung up in my face. And guess what? Management did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT. After that, Lee just called us to ask for a status on the payment. 5. Quality of finished product: there is absolutely no quality that goes into their work whatsoever. The cabinets were installed fine, but they there cracks everywhere, and whenever we asked, we were told that this is how it is supposed to be. However, when we go to other show rooms, that is not how it should look at it all - and we ended up having someone else come complete the finish. 6. 6 months later, some of the work started cracking again, one of the lights stopped working, our refrigerator shifted at least 3 inches (we were told it should never shift). It took Lee 2 months to send someone to check it out and help resolve the issue. Actually, Lee only sent someone to fix the issues after I threatened to report them to the BBB 7. They dinged two of the cabinets and they will not even bother to respond to my email about how they will resolve I can keep going, but will stop. Be cautious, don't waste your money or energy on a company that does not care about their customers.

Let us start by saying we do our best to live up to all the expectations our customers put on us. The truth is this isn’t always obtainable. In this case there are a few points in this review that are just simply not accurate.

Timing: When discussing projects, we would never tell a customer that a project of this size and magnitude would be completed in only 2 months. The length of time from cabinet installation to countertop installation with the specific products that were used would be 3 weeks alone. We consider ourselves to be a very flexible company- allowing the client to save money by supplying some of the products themselves. Not getting the right product or delays in the client’s products did create some time delays. Additionally, we strive to keep our clients informed using software called Builder Trend. The client’s schedule never indicated this time frame of two months, and any changes to the original schedule were communicated promptly with the client.

Management: We would agree the management on this project was not held to our high standards, and this project manager is no longer with our company. If our project manager spoke to the customer in an inappropriate manner, we are truly sorry for that, it is inexcusable. In this case, we were not informed about this incident at the time it occurred.

Quality: When it comes to quality, we strongly disagree with this opinion and believe all work was finished to our very high standard. When we originally finished this project (over one and half years ago), the customer was totally happy and paid us in full. Not only were they happy at the time of completion, they agreed to let the designer professionally shoot photos of their kitchen, which are still used in the designer’s advertising to this day. They also referred us to one of their neighbors indicating they were happy with our company. We are not sure why the client would have referred us if they were so displeased? The cracks the customer is referring to were in some crown molding miters that had opened a bit after the change in seasons, and these were addressed and fixed.

A year and a half after this project was finished, the customer reached out to us and asked if we’d be interested in doing some smaller projects in their home, and at this time mentioned a few small items needing attention: a refrigerator out of alignment and a cabinet drawer. We discussed both of us being on the doorstep of vacations and decided to wait to meet. Due to the vacations, it did take a little over month to address the items and get them fixed. The items were not warranty items to begin with, but we serviced them to maintain a good client relationship. We were quite surprised to see the review that was posted.

In conclusion, Titus does not disagree with this customer on their claims that there were management problems, and from this we have learned to have multiple eyes on each any every project. We have also made it mandatory to have weekly customer meetings with follow up emails. We tell all our employees you can never over communicate, and to listen and continue to learn and improve every day.

Titus completed the renovation of my homes basement and installed a new deck on the exterior. The work was done in a timely manner, within the cost estimate, and in a high quality manner. As a home owner it was great to work with knowledgeable people who asked the right questions from an interior design/decoration standpoint who could take idea X, Y, Z that I had and meld it into a great looking place! I cant wait until they are back to complete the exterior of my home in a few years.

This was for a Masterbath remodel that removed all tile (floor, shower, wall), old vanity, drop-in tub. Titus did a great job. Their project supervisor / carpenter worked with me to design a creative, elegant, built-in shower bench where there was none before. Since this was a full remodel that went down to the studs in several areas there was dust, but the subs kept it down to a minimum. The job spanned over the Thanksgiving / Xmas holidays so there were 2 time periods where we said "No work" because we were having guests...no problem. Project turned out beautifully

Titus Contracting helped transform a frustrating galley kitchen into a beautiful open kitchen to dining and living room areas. In addition to changing to the open concept, we also had new flooring and a wrought iron stairwell banister put in. The team was awesome to work with, professional at all times, kept us informed along the way of pricing and timeframe, gave us resources to check options and available to answer questions when not face to face. We couldn't be happier with the end result - which leads to other updates we want Titus to do!!

I have used Titus over a few years for various projects. I recently bought a townhouse and needed a few updates. Scott came and helped me figure out what would work in the space / timeframe. They did a great job putting in all new wooden flooring, Putting in a sliding door to the porch area and installing a beautiful barn door. I will use Titus again when I redo the kitchen. They are so easy to work with and very reliable!

I was in a jam. I needed the crown moulding above my kitchen cabinets fixed. I called Titus and explained to Suzanne my issue. She was very considerate and said she'd get back to me and did so quite quickly. Greg came out fixed the crown, installed my hardware, installed a filler piece next to the pantry cab and adjusted the drawers and doors and a few other odd 'n ends. They were able to squeeze in this small job within 3 weeks of my initial call. Greg is highly skilled. I'm very, very pleased!! I'm a homeowner and in the maddening current construction climate everywhere I was treated like the most important contractor in Minnesota - THANKS TITUS!

I hired Titus Contracting for the final two renovation projects in my home. If I had known about this company when I was renovating my bathroom and kitchen I would have used them for those projects too. My two projects involved several trades: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall & painting. Everyone of the guys was professional in their work quality and attitude. My Project Manager, Gary, was very patient with my pickiness and he made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. You would not be making a mistake if you hired Titus Contracting for your home projects.

We had a moldy wall, sunken patio, and serious moisture issues with one of our exterior walls of our living room, Scott from Titus Contracting came to our home within 2 days of my phone call, gave us an estimate within a week and the Titus crew started the next week, we were kept up to date on every phase of our project, overall everything went smoothly even when I changed things several times once construction began. Titus was so impressive with how organized they were, someone was at our residence every day and the transformation was amazing! We ended up with a beautiful patio door that opened up our room to an amazing view of our backyard and pool, we planned on a temporary deck but loved the deck so much the Titus crew built us we decided to keep it permanant, our hardwood floors, special siding, paint, and LED lighted railings all came together beautifully within what we thought was a very reasonable budget and time frame of 6 weeks, one thing I must mention is the site clean up at the end of each day, it made our remodel much more bearable. We plan to hire Titus Contracting for all our future remodel projects.

Originally our project was to fully remodel a kitchen and possibly add a soaker tub to a bathroom with a few possible side projects. But our designer (NOT associated with Titus) dropped the ball and was fired. My time frame was getting smaller so I decided to obtain bids from several companies for the following: Partial kitchen remodel (remove arch wall, add pantry wall with cabinets, install upscale appliances, some new lighting, new gas line for dual fuel stove, remove sliding door to deck and replace with smaller door, install mosaic backsplash, etc...) Due to all of the new electric we also upgraded an electrical panel. New water heater Install water softener Install garage heater 5 new windows Tile laundry room New tub in bathroom (granite countertop was added) Granite countertop in other bathroom (was added) Titus was not the least expensive bid (or the most expensive) but they did give me the best feeling (which I call the warm and fuzzies) that they could and would deliver. Scott Rajavuori was our salesperson / project manager and Greg Clarke was our onsite project foreman. Their cards don't have titles so I am guessing on titles. Scott was great to work with and provided quick and accurate quotes. Greg was awesome to work with and has exceptional skills. He cut a vent hood that goes directly into our angled ceiling so perfectly that we didn't need to have a frame around it. Plus he fixed a few cabinet issues that our designer flubbed. We had a couple of hiccups during the remodel that he handled perfectly. Titus delivered earlier than estimated, even with delays from my wood flooring company that I hired separately. All of their workers were very good and cleaned up at the end of every day. After completion I had a few minor fixes (including a sticking door) and they came right out and fixed them. Strongly recommended - ask for Greg.

The Titus Contracting team came in low bidder and has completed several commercial real estate tenant build outs throughout the Twin Cities metro with me. All jobs were completed in record time. I have recommended Titus Contracting to several clients over the years due to their quality work, reasonable prices and ability to turn projects around quickly. I have also used Titus Contracting for residential repairs and upgrades of our home and could not be happier!

Saw a unique solution that no other bidder considered to a basement remodel design challenge. Professional bidding process, great on-site construction manager, and their whole team worked very hard to address issues as they arose. Very happy with the finished project. Highest recommendation.

Scott and Titus Construction provided us with a very competitive bid on our kitchen remodel that was substantially lower than any of the competitive bids. Yet, the workmanship was excellent, the project was completed on schedule, and communicating with the work crew was very pleasant as well. I would highly recommend giving Titus Construction a chance to bid on any remodeling project you have in mind!!

I have worked with Titus Contracting twice now and both times have been excellent experiences. Integrity and trust are the cornerstones of how Titus runs their business. My most recent project was an extensive remodel of the lower level. It started with a great design consultation. I had some ideas as to what I wanted to accomplish, but they got better after meeting with Scott Rajavuori. Scott provided 2 exceptional design plans so I could see what I was wanting and how some of his suggestions would improve the overall design and functionality. As the project started I was able to reference a great 3D drawing and was even able to make some additional modifications along the way. Working with Project Manager Greg Clark for the second time was amazing. Greg is an amazing guy and just has the natural ability to find ways to make things happen, even ones that were late minute changes and were not drawn in the plan. I have been very satisfied with all the work Titus has done for me and am proud to have referred them to friends that have also chosen to hire them. I am confident that I can trust Titus to always exceed my expectations and am planning to work with them on my next project in a few months.
