He develops a close relationship with his clients and wants everything to be perfect on his jobs and this leads to exceptional projects.

We did a kitchen remodel, breaking down walls and combining 2 rooms for kitchen and opening to our den. Highly recommend Stephen and his subcontractors. Our dream home became a reality during a really hectic time to build in New Orleans! Stephen and his subcontractors were excellent! They worked with us and our architect, Brian Gille, to build a home that was not just beautiful but solidly constructed. Our goal was to build a new home that looked like it had been in our neighborhood for years. The highest complement we receive is when people come into our home and ask when we renovated! Titan Construction was professional, their attention to detail was great and we finished the project under budget!

Titan Construction essentially gutted and renovated our second home (condo) in the French Quarter of New Orleans. The work was of superior quality and the pricing was reasonable. Hired company for difficult repair job. And they delivered on time. Courteous, professional, and expert work. Water leaked into my house destroying a wall. Wall had to be rebuilt including the ceiling of my dining room. A lot of work requiring multiple contractors to repair. Titan coordinated all of the contractors and made the project seamless.

As first-time home builders, we were looking for someone who would be patient with us and walk us through the hundreds of decisions that needed to be made. Stephen and Titan Construction did a fabulous job for us. Pur project was completed on time and he worked with us to find ways to maximize the financial resources we had available. Titan Construction built our home following Hurricane Katrina. Titan advised us of funding options as well as the architect and design stages. During our building stage, which had many out of the ordinary building conditions such as insurance, grants, city government backlog and lack of construction crews our home was completed on-time and within budget. Even eight years after construction I am comfortable enough to call Titan to ask about current home innovations and and building questions knowing I will get an honest answer.

We interviewed, and received bids from several contractors for building our custom home before deciding on Titan as our homebuilder. Stephen is a professional builder, listened to our needs and desires, and has very highly skilled subs and craftsmen. Building a high end custom home over more than a year long period can create tons of stress, and it is so important to have the peace of mind that your builder is looking out for your best interest in the process and in the completed project.
