Wow! After 20 years of using a buck stove to warm a 3 story 1920 craftsman house, I hired the Tiptop HVAC to install a new central heating system. The house is odd shaped with many unusual structural situations to run ducts through. I got exactly what I asked for. Since, my home has been warm and cozy. The big surprise came when I got my PGE bill. It was a fraction of the former bills, almost 1/3 of what I paid previously. The central heating system has almost paid for itself. Tiptop HVAC employees were so pleasant to have around. They hauled away my old furnace and a broken water heater, too. They left my home and basement cleaner than they found it. LOVE this company! They are honest and will give you a square deal. They will also work with you with time, structural space and budget constraints. Great Company!

I cannot heap enough praise on this business! David installed my 40 gallon water heater recently. He was prompt, thorough and pleasant. Unfortunately, the unit malfunctioned last week and during the coronavirus shelter in place. I sent an online service request at 10:30pm. I received a phone call from David at 8:00am the next morning. He was at my house at 9:00am and the unit was repaired by 10am! It was fast, efficient and professional job done by David and Tiptop HVAC.

Reached out to Steve and Tiptop HVAC for service on a window AC unit that was spewing out water into the living room. He responded in 20 minutes with a very fair quote and said his guys could be there the NEXT DAY to clean, and drain the unit on site. Amazing! Everywhere else I either couldn't/didn't want the job or asked double the price. Steve arrived early and took care of everything straight away. Came well protected for COVID. Were extremely courteous and worked cleanly inside the apartment. Took them less than hour and AC working like new again. Thank you, thank you Tiptop HVAC. You have a new loyal customer. Unequivocally recommended!

Tiptop HVAC replaced a wall heater for us. Although the repair sounds simple, it was not. For reasons outside of our communication, the repair had to be done through the city. This required multiple hurdles including pulling a permit, dealing with code enforcement etc. Despite all of these inconvenient steps, Tiptop HVAC was consistent in their approach, quality, and communication. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Did a great job installing and passed the inspection. I highly recommend using this company for their services. I know I will be working with Tiptop HVAC again in the future.

My 4 year old HVAC system had a problem that was preventing it to sustain heat for more than a couple of minutes. After making a few calls, I was recommended to Tiptop HVAC to service my unit. Jacob arrived on time and diagnosed a couple of issues. Within a few minutes, he was able to give me a detailed and reasonable quote for the full repair service. My experience with Tiptop HVAC was excellent and Jacob was professional and thorough. I recommend Tiptop HVAC for anyone looking for HVAC services.

Our wonder-furnace started failing in the middle of plague time. We had more than one company out to look at it (bless all of them), and more than one couldn't diagnose the problem. These guys came out right away, asked all the right questions and showed their expertise by diagnosing the apparently very unusual problem. We needed a new furnace. The old one was under warranty, though, and so we had to work with another outfit (also exceptional by the way---what is it with the Tiptop HVAC people around here? :-)) for warranty replacement. Highest recommendation, no reservations.

Needed additional attic insulation. Contacted numerous vendors with poor responses from many (no callback, lack of interest, high priced, etc.). Jake responded and was a consummate professional...answering my questions and then quoting a fair price. Once on the job, he exceeds my expectations finishing the job leaving only a well-installed layer of new insulation ... while leaving the house clean and free of any detritus. I would recommend meeting him and getting a quote.

Our home furnace stopped working yesterday and we called Tiptop HVAC. The other company's technician said that - " theyhe couldn't recognize the our furnace brand and could not find the replacement part. Whereas, Tiptop HVAC's technician, Steve, came saw the furnace and replaced the part. He also shared some great tips to prevent future problems. We would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Our home furnace stopped working so we reached out to a couple of heating companies, including Tiptop HVAC. The other company's technician said he didn't recognize the our furnace brand, could not find the replacement part, and that we needed to replace the furnace. But Tiptop HVAC's technician, Adam, came, saw the furnace, and replaced the part the next day. He also shared some great tips to prevent future problems. We would highly recommend Adam and David to our family and friends!

Jacob from Tiptop HVAC removed the old ducts & Installed new. His timeliness, planning and organizational skills were amazing. His co-workder Mark also did an fantastic job. Everything organized and well planned by Jacob. We are happy and would recommend TipTop HVAC for all kind of AC and furnance services.
