STOP!!! If you'd like your new garage doors and state-of-the-art openers to stop working within one (1) year because the equipment was installed incorrectly then do business with Tip Top. To add insult to injury, Tip Top provided little to no support and would not return phone calls. To ultimately save time, money, and frustration, do business with another company.

I have used many garage door services over the years, but my experience with Tip Top Doors was outstanding! After experiencing a problem, I called them one evening, and they were at my house the next morning, after having contacted me to let me know exactly when to expect the tech's arrival. He assessed the problem, made a few quick adjustments, inspected the door, chain, etc., and said "no charge" when I prepared to pay for the service call. That earned them my trust, and I have no doubt that I will call Tip Top in the future, as the need arises.
