Whether you require architectural design and construction or simply a refresh to your home's interior, we’re here to work closely with you throughout the process, from start to finish. We are a caring, knowledgeable and friendly team with over 10 years of experience and a great network of trusted tradespeople. Our team is strong, with designers, electricians, plumbers, decorators, builders, master joiners and more, which means we can offer customers a full service from start to finish. We know renovations can feel daunting, but we love the challenge of blank canvas and are here to help, every step of the way. When working with us, it all begins with a meeting in your home. At the meeting we will discuss your ideas, explain how we work and make some initial design suggestions. We will then come back to you with a detailed proposal tailored to your needs. This may include a measured survey, design proposals, mood board, specification of materials and sample selections.Once approved, we will project manage your project, ensuring that every stage is done with precision and care. With Tiptoe, we can guarantee the personal touch. There’s no crazy switchboard or giant team to get through to. We’re a personable and tentative team, who’s honest and upfront with clients. We’ll always try to offer our clients the best possible solutions, to make the most of your home. The results are exceptional home renovations, extensions and conversions. I hired Tip Toe to do this project in 2013. A very good and responsible company with good team. Very prompt at following up on issues. I have since asked them to do several more projects. Always completed on time and within budget.

I’ve used Tiptoe several times and have always found them to be very friendly, reliable and professional. Budgeting has been detailed and accurate. Projects have been completed to a high standard, to budget and on time. Snagging has been addressed without complaint or delay. Highly recommended.

Extremely happy with every aspect of my refurbishment. The quality of all of the work completed is excellent. Good communication throughout and importantly all work was completed on budget and by the agreed finish date. Tiptoe clearly take pride in their work and it shows in the results. Would definitely use in the future and have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We have used now three times tiptoe to refurbish different parts of our flat. They are very professional, reliable and provide great ongoing follow up after completion of the work. Cedric who runs the business is on top of everything. We can trust the team, they have been on budget the 3 times we used them. They listen to our needs and are creative when required. We can only recommend tiptoe!

My second project using Tiptoe Builders again has just completed. This time they were hired to paint and repair the outside of the house which was looking pretty shabby. Rafal and his team have transformed the building. They are courteous, professional and very very good at what they do. The quality of their work speaks for itself. I have no hesitation in recommending Tipoe Builders and will continue to contact them for future projects.

We were recently blown away by the finish of our recent project, it required a great eye for detail it was executed perfectly. Cedric, Rafael and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with at every stage of the refurbishment, they are trustworthy, honest and calm when issues may arise on site, and take extra care and consideration when the client decides to stay within the property causing as minimal distraction as possible to the clients day to day lives. We have worked with Tiptoe extensively in the past and will continue to keep recommending to our clients.

Cedric and his team are wonderful to work with and very professional. They completed a full strip out and remodel of my flat that included changing the floorplan, building bespoke joinery units, redoing behind the wall plumbing and electrics and finishing the flat to a high standard. Everything was ordered new and the TipToe team was well coordinated with the suppliers and they worked efficiently to avoid delays. I am very happy with the result and will definitely use TipToe for my next project.

We have worked with TipToe over a period of 3 years to renovate our central London house. The company has been very reliable and punctual and has delivered work of the highest quality. Deadlines and budgets were met without exception. Our project was split over 3 different phases and involved collaboration and interaction with numerous other contractors. All the work (including structural work) was done while we lived in the house. From the design phase through to project management and the actual execution of the contracted work, we have found TipToe to be extremely effective. The subcontractors used by TipToe were also all experienced and professional. Highly recommended.
