Tint Pros

Tint Pros are a breath of fresh air in the service world! Their team members are all totally in sync with their work. Quiet and unassuming, they arrived at the scheduled time, made sure that they were parked correctly in this manufactured home community, and went about their business in a professional but friendly way. They made sure that I understood everything that they were doing and explained carefully my responsibility to ensure the work was not undone by my carelessness. They walked me through a final inspection, cleaned up everything, even taken their refuse with them. My offer of coffee was politely refused as they went about their work.

We had just built a new home and were not moving in for several months. The untreated wall of windows in the great room faced south and would have allowed sun fade on our new wood floors. Tint Pros scheduled around our needs and the closing of the house to come out and apply the tinting promptly. Kim is professional and knowledgeable. She recommended the appropriate films for the various windows. They did a great job!! We are so happy with the beautiful light coming into our home that will not damage the flooring or fabrics in the room. The guys who did the work were reliable and skilled. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tint Pros!

We called 3 different businesses looking to get information about window film after our friends who live in Florida half of the year told us how everyone who lives there installs film to their homes right after signing their escrow papers! We understood the basic information about the benefits but didn't understand how it would help protect our home in our much more 'northern' location. Of the 3 companies that I called, one never even returned my call (how lucky they are to not need new clients! ) and of the 2 that did call us back, we were more impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of Tint Pros. The sales woman was very patient while we asked our many, many questions! She came with film samples, photos of other work they've completed and even had actual windows that had been tinted. That was hugely helpful when my husband and I were trying to visualize what the film would actually look like after it was applied. They were not the lowest quote that we received but we were pleased to learn that they have 2 actual locations with staff and company installers. This was very important to us. They are also fully insured and offer their own warranty as well as the manufacturers lifetime warranty. The installers (and the sales woman!) Arrived punctually, wore protective booties and layed tarps everywhere they were working. We felt that they really respected our home. The owner Zaf was so friendly and is a true perfectionist! They recommended and installed the perfect shade of film. We are now protected against fading and we no longer have to fight the glare to enjoy our family room. We have recommended Tint Pros to many friends who have also had film installed and are just as pleased. We will continue to recommend Tint Pros. We are so thankful that we paid a little bit more for an experience that was so pleasant compared to other jobs we have hired out for. We are certain that Tint Pros is the company to hire and entrust to make this improvement to your home! We are having them come back to apply film to other windows in more rooms in April. I was in a dire straits with the thought of sun damaging my new hardwood floors. my brother in Arizona has tinted windows on his home and was reminded that he had sun-glare protection on the glass. I let my fingers do the walking and found Tint Pros. I called them and made an appointment. Tint Pros came to the rescue with quick service, (three day turnaround) a superior product, and pricing that I found to be more than fair. an added bonus, besides making my windows look better with the new tint, my heating costs have been considerably less than what I was paying before!

Kim was intelligent, knowledgeable and courteous. She had answers to all of our questions. Had samples of the tints on real glass panels that allowed us to make real decisions as to what level of tint we wanted. The Installers were professional as they worked. They pointed that several of our double pane windows had leaked. As a result, we were able to contact the manufacturer and they honored the warranty. We saved considerable dollars had we waited beyond the warranty period. Kim pulled back our area rug and showed how the ambient sunlight had faded the oak flooring. Well deserving of the Five Star rating ! ! !

We first contact Tint Pros looking for a solution in our police department lobby to either mirror or darken the large windows that looked into our dispatch center from the lobby. I didn't want a complete "mirror" look which seemed so un-inviting to the citizens who entered our police department, but I also didn't want a totally dark tint that the dispatchers could not see out of either. Tint Pros came out to our police department and came up with the idea to do a darker tint layer first with a mirror layer over that.. basically a two-layer tinting. This gave us the benefit of having a nice inviting lobby with semi-darker windows, but with the mirror tint behind the dark tint, it provided some privacy for the dispatchers to see out but for the citizens to not see in. Tint Pros tried many many combinations of different tint percentages before we all agreed on what worked and looked best. They were terrific to work with and we will be using them again.
