Putting on a new roof can be a big commitment, a disruptive experience, and a significant expense. You want a company that you can have confidence in and trust. Tim Roofing is that company. From start to finish, they were all of that and more. From the first inspection with Adam along with his periodic check-ins, to phone calls. Johnny and others to keep me informed, from emails to daily check-ins and follow up with Johnny and an amazing, hard working crew, this company is excellent. Because of the steepness of my roof, some materials slid off and damaged some plants and a sliding screen door; however, Johnny and team were right on top of everything, took responsibility with a smile, and everything was resolved immediately. Also Johnny went above and beyond the job. He spotted a few things that didn't look right, and he fixed them. Now that's amazing service... And my roof looks incredible.

Johnny has been exceptional to work with. He provided a quote for me earlier this year, but I wasn't able to move forward right away. The quote was thorough and clearly well thought-out. When I got back in touch with him regarding the job he was more than happy to discuss it for an hour on the phone. When we told him we wanted a long term solution for our flat roof (40 years) he was direct and honest and explained our options. His goal wasn't to give us the lowball estimate to secure the business, it was to give us the realistic answer that actually met our needs. That kind of guidance is worth it's weight in gold.

Tim Roofing was one of several roofing companies I had out to estimate a roof replacement due to hail/wind damage. Johnny drove out to meet with the insurance adjuster on more than one instance during the estimating process. Based on online reviews and in-person meetings, I hired Tim Roofing to do the job. They completed the job quickly. Cleanup was excellent. They're a very professional company to work with. We highly recommend Tim Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again should the need arise.

For all roofing work, call these guys. Never had a problem from start to finish. The crew did a fantastic job. My flat roof just needed some sealing. They took care of it no problem. Tim Roofing just replaced my mom's roof. The new roof structure looks robust and stylish! They cleaned up after each day. They did everything they said they would do. If you are looking for roof repair contractors then I would highly recommend Tim Roofing to anyone. Tim Roofing sent an estimator (Jake) out very quickly. We had leaks all over the roof of our new home with the first rain of the season but due to several important family tasks we couldn't get sufficient time to think about it. But, last month we decided to get it done as soon as possible. He was extremely professional and very upfront and honest with us about cost. He did not try to talk us into spending more than was necessary. He gave us the best deal of all the quotes we got from roofing companies. After many phone calls and discussions we agreed upon the given estimate and we came in on budget and the roofers were great to work with. Choosing Tim Roofing was easy because of their stellar reputation, and now we know why they have such a great reputation. The work was scheduled about a week after our estimate was performed, and they sent a large crew who completed the roof replacement in one day. It looks fantastic. We couldn't be more pleased with Tim Roofing. I'd recommend them to anyone with a roofing problem!

We used Tim Roofing to put a new roof on our 3300 square foot house recently and are VERY happy with the job they did. Several neighbours have commented on how good it looks! Besides, the roof has some very steep areas which made it even more difficult for them, but they got it done beautifully. The crew was always on time (in fact, early) and worked very very hard. And Adam, the salesman for this job, was AWESOME to deal with! Very knowledgeable and patient and helpful...just an all-around great guy! I highly recommend this company!!

Let me start by saying I have never felt like I was dealing with a more honest and genuine person in all my years. I grew up around contractors so I know the type well. They'll usually tell you what they think you want t to hear to get the job. Not the case with this company. They did everything they promised and left the grounds around my house cleaner than when they started the job. David showed up and spent some time explaining every detail that went along with installing a new roof. I was completely comfortable working with him. The roof was done way ahead of schedule and the shingles he recommended are fantastic. Some people have an for that sort of thing. I highly recommend Tim Roofing especially if you have the pleasure of working with David. He arrived on time with his crew and stayed till the job was done, inspected and cleaned up. They even went into the attic and garage to make sure nothing was left undone.

I had a leaking roof on a commercial building with a flat roof. I had a few roofing companies come out 2 never bothered sending me a quote & 1 gave me an outrageous price. Mike from Tim Roofing was great. Not only he knew his stuff but also he was able to give me a price on the spot that seemed more than fair. The repairs was done the next week. Overall great experience & would recommend Tim Roofing to anyone needing roof repairs.

I have had a roof leak in my laundry room for the last 5 years. I have had numerous roofers come out during that time and none of them was able to determine the cause of the leak. They would each perform some supposedly remedial activity and charge me for it, and invariably it was ineffective and the roof continued to leak. I recently contacted Tim Roofing and Jake came out to inspect my roof and leak. He recommended replacement and we signed the contract. The next day he came with his crew and installed a new roof for us. They whorked for whole day and completed the project professionally and efficiently. We now have new roof and are very happy with their job. Excellent pros.
