My husband and I wanted to upgrade our kitchen and powder room countertops, so we reached out to a few companies in the area. Timelessness Countertops responded with the best quote so we went with them. Reynaldo did an excellent job. He was very professional, courteous and went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied. I used Timeless to replace countertops, sinks, and faucets in my kitchen, guest and main bathrooms. Timeless also replaced the kitchen backsplash behind the stove and over the sink, as well as continuing it under the cabinets. I worked with Rey (Reynaldo) and he was GREAT!! Rey paid much attention to details and was always checking in to ensure things were on track and that I was happy with the process. He was very puncutal and that carries a lot of weight with me. He explained how I should maintain my granite countertops and was always available when I had a question about anything. The people that he had in my home respected my home, as well as me, and they cleaned up after themselves. Not everything went exactly according to plan (most of that was on me) but when it didn't he always provided an explanation and an option for making it right. After the basic job was completed, Rey even offered to come back to install (when they come in) my replacement faucets that I've had to reordered (a horror story unrelated to Timeless). All in all, this was a very good experience and would be pleased to have Timeless Countertops back in my home to complete any job. I would recommend Timeless to anyone.

A long story short, the installer for Timeless Countertops was incredibly prepared for the work he performed installing our kitchen countertops. Reynaldo, our installer, came fully equipped with talent, charisma and most beautifully of all patience with his work. The results were everything we visualized in our kitchen project and now our kitchen sings with the beautiful contrast of colors between the dark cabinets and the light-colored quartz countertops. I recommend Timeless Countertops 100% for any work related to fine kitchen surfaces.

I am very happy with how my new quartz countertops and my new faucet turned out in my kitchen. Rey suggested a lighter color to brighten up the kitchen and it worked out great. The installation was very professional and since he knows what he is doing, it did not take long at all. Yes, I would recommend him, you will not be disappointed.
