Our decision had been made to move from Michigan to Asheville, NC. Now we need a builder. After researching building companies in the area we chose, Towery Builders. We were looking for a building firm with the following qualifications, a) professional in their dealings with not only the us, but with their subcontractors and vendors; b) knowledgeable and confidante in their trade to made adjustments when needed. We were elated with the final results. Little things had been added to the design which thrilled us so. The quality in the construction of our home can be seen from the outside to the inside. We would and have recommended Towery Builders and will continue to do so.

Tim is a great home builder. Our experience with him could not have been better. We built our home while living 550 miles away. Honesty, integrity, dependability, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and personal attention were traits we absolutely needed with our builder. Tim exceeded our expectations in all areas. On top of that Tim is a talented builder on whom we relied time and again for his expert advice. We now have a wonderful home and couldn't be happier. We would absolutely have Tim build for us again if we ever did this again.

Of course, we knew Tim's engineering background was a terrific plus since modifications were needed for our custom home, but the fact that he watched costs as if he was building for himself was a huge bonus. We liked the fact that he builds only a few homes each year and personally supervises construction. In fact, most the top-shelf service providers have sub-contracted with Towery Builders on many projects and understand Tim's commitment to quality, even details that are never seen. Technically proficient, with an artistic eye. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

Tim built our house about 9 years ago. I did not have the opportunity to visit very often when building, so I had to depend on him to make sure everything was done professionally and he did not disappoint. We were very pleased with the home and have enjoyed it for all 9 years.

We hired Tim Towery to build our house on Reynolds Mountain, and were extremely pleased with the result. Tim was good at communicating changes and questions, kept very close to his budget estimates & time deadlines, made excellent suggestions, and built a quality house. Tim Towery is an engineer by education, so he has knowledge that many builders do not, really pays attention details, even anticipating problems before they occur. During the entire building process I felt we had great synergy between Tim, our architect and us as home owners. The result is an extraordinarily beautiful home that connects with the way we live and who we are.

I worked with Tim this past year on a project for an out of Country Client. Tim's forthcoming attention to detail and willingness to work with both Architect and Client as a team were a pleasure.

Tim Towery is a first rate custom home builder in the Asheville, NC area. Our home was completed in Oct. 2015 and we are very pleased with the overall quality of construction. I have toured 6 other houses he built in the Southcliff neighborhood and all are very well built. In addition to being a good builder, Tim is friendly, honest, very easy to work with and has an excellent reputation.

Tim built our dream home in the Southcliff gated community in Fairview. The lot was a challenging steep slope, but Tim executed our design needs flawlessly. The home is beautiful, is quality craftsmanship throughout and whenever we have had any issue, TIm is there to get it right on even the smallest details. Tim isn't a salesman, just a top quality builder.

Professional, great resources for the needs of the customer, manages the process in a fashion that takes worry off of the customer, beautiful work, attentive, subs are top tier, innovative with ideas and shares the good and bad of project in a way everyone understands what needs to happen based on customer choices.

We had a major house fire in 2011 during the rebuild i didn't think the contractor i was using was listening to anything i said. in short io fired him and hired Towery Builders to pick up the ball and finish our home. Tim took over and finished my house about 3 weeks earlier than planned. We have been back in our home for over 5 years now and have no complaints with anything. I would highly recommend Towery Builders.
