I recently replaced my kitchen, the full package ! From the design stage, through the installation and follow up customer support, no complaints at all. Tim assessed how I used the kitchen and made useful suggestions for the new design. The project started on time and was completed within the forecast timescales. This was a full kitchen replacement. While the job took longer than anticipated, this was primarily due to issues with the manufacturer. Tim was flexible, allowing me to use other tradesmen for electrical work, plastering, etc. He worked around them and I always knew where we were and what happens next. He even delivered on a few other cheeky asks along the way. Thanks Tim!!

Very good all round, with the customer always a priority

It looks great, everything works well, and JCL managed the whole project and dealt swiftly and effectively with any obstacles arising from the quirky layout of our kitchen. Reasonable pricing, pleasant guys to have around, Tim kept in touch if he needed to check our opinion on anything. Would highly recommend.

Tim helped to design our bathroom, he was very patient with all the changes we kept making, and he was very attentive to our requirements. The quality of the materials and his workmanship were excellent. All this with the added complication of COVID-19 delaying supply of some materials, his prices never changed and he honoured his original quote. Everyday when he left all his tools were tidied away, and the house was left in good order. We are looking forward to using him again for our 2nd Bathroom and would highly recommend using him.

Mr Sparrow is a First Class fully professional tradesman in all respects. He has fitted me a new kitchen, a new bathroom and just completed fitting full height and full width bedroom wardrobe units. On all occasions he explained all aspects of the work involved, he kept me fully informed of progress, any potential problems and any changes or extras that I might require during the installation. He has a keen eye for detail and is beyond doubt a perfectionist. I cannot fault him for his time keeping, his quality of work, his cleanliness and tidiness, and his customer relationship and satisfaction. His final accounts were on all occasions in line with the estimate, taking into account any additions to the original specifications. I would have no hesitation to recommend him to a close friend or colleague, or to call upon his services again in the future should the occasion arise.

Tim is courteous, communicates well and asks for clarity when he is unsure of what is being requested. The works were done in Salisbury, and I was not able to be available during the day, so Tim phoned me when he had any queries. Tim also handled the material deliveries from the local B&Q store. This worked well. The quality of the resulting work is excellent and the work was done for the quotation provided.

Tim at JCL Projects renovated our kitchen and also unboxed the stairs and installed a balustrade. Tim was punctual and polite, methodical in his work and carried it out to a high standard. We would happily hire JCL Projects again in future.

Tim completed 3 entire bathroom renovations for us. The work was undertaken in a seriously methodical way, to avoid as much disruption to our every day living as possible. Tim is a extremely talented professional, he completed ALL aspects of the Project, from flooring and tiling to installing state of the art modern showers. His customer service is excellent, he is a very good communicator, he is punctual, tidy and totally trustworthy. I respect Tim and his work and when we really needed him, he was there. A consummate professional. And is work ain't half bad. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim to my friends and family and ultimately to you.
