I was lucky to find an amazing tile shop through an internet search here in Knoxville. Debra was my designer and from the beginning she was able to understand my vision for my primary bath and pulled together the most beautiful coordinating tiles. She was very knowledgeable and professional and helped make the whole process enjoyable. She also helped pick a wallpaper for my powder bath and a tile backsplash for a bourbon bar. Her customer service was excellent when we ran into an issue with a shortage of tile (our mistake). I would definitely recommend Tile Sensations for their vast inventory of unusual tile that you would not find in a big box store.

I had completed my kitchen except for backsplash. I had spent months looking for the right tile for my backsplash. I was confused and frustrated and just stopped looking for a year. Then I reached out to Tile Sensations. The spent time with me and found me some great tile choices. They took into account my cabinet color and countertop Once I narrowed down to three choices the put those into a software simulation of my kitchen so I could better vision what the tile would look like. I wasnt sure if i shoud go all the way up the wall to the ceiling in parts of my kitchen. This tool made the choice easier. They were always responsive and helpful So glad I could rely on their expertise and direction

A professional, creative team that works well together. Customer service is their focus. Their specialty is understanding what their client wants and finding creative solutions. Reasonably priced. I wish I hadn't finished my remodeling, then I could keep working with them!

We love using tile in special rooms of our house, but find making choices daunting. Several years ago while trying to create a one-of-a-kind bathroom, we walked into Tile Sensations and met Jennifer. She listened to us, guided us, helped us find an installer and answered questions all along the way with stunning effects. So naturally, a few weeks ago, when we were in a bind to find tile for our kitchen in the house we had just moved into, we reached out to Jennifer and made an appointment. The tile needed to blend in with colors from cabinets, backsplash, and cabinet tops, plus the installer had only a couple of days available. Jennifer patiently listened and laid out all the sample materials to match colors and find exactly the right tile and expedite its delivery. Needless to say, the job is done and just what we wanted. In our mind, when tile is a question, Jennifer at Tile Sensations is the answer.

Working with Jennifer and Deb was a real pleasure. We had a 30 year old bathroom that needed a complete overhaul. We had no idea what to do but the ladies at Tile Sensations came up with a beautiful design, and assisted us with choosing the right tile and marble. They recommended several installers for us to choose from. After a lot of work we now have a stunning updated bathroom. We would highly recommend Tile Sensations

We worked with Jennifer and her staff on tile for our new home build which included two bathrooms and a kitchen. We had an excellent experience. Everyone was very helpful with advice and available to answer any questions we had. We live out of state and had no problems getting the tile to our new house. Highly recommend!

Tile Sensations has been my go to store for all my tile projects. My last project was a total kitchen remodel. Natalie‘s professionalism was evident from the beginning. After discussing my project, she was able to make recommendations that were exactly what I had in mind. After ordering the tile, Natalie continued to advise me when I had to make changes to the design. I loved working with Tile Sensations. I knew the look I wanted and they helped me find good options. The quality and service is outstanding. I paid more than I might have at a big store, but the quality wouldn’t have been close. And as soon as I saw this tile (especially the marble on the walls), I knew I couldn’t settle for anything else - this is just stunning.

Jennifer helped me pick out fabulous floor and wall tile for my bathroom to work with some vintage tiles collected in our travels. The customer service was fabulous - communication, listening to me - the customer, helping to make a change on the fly. It was a wonderful experience working with Tile Sensations and Jennifer. Christy at Tile Sensations was super helpful. She guided us through all stages of design and tile selection for our full bathroom renovation. Jennifer and Debra also offered guidance and encouragement. They were patient and generous with their time, answering questions and taking follow up phone calls. When we ended up short on a couple of pieces of pencil tiles due to our on the spot installation change, they expedited the necessary pieces so we could quickly complete our project. They kept us informed while we waited for the tile order. They quickly loaded it on our truck after carefully reviewing the order to ensure accuracy. They have years of experience between them which shows in their designs. Tile Sensations offers a variety of tile collections that cannot be found anywhere else in this area.

Tile Sensations in Knoxville, Tn. has some of the most beautiful and eclectic tiles I have ever seen. I am like a kid in a candy store when I visit because they have the so many different and creative tiles in house that are difficult to find anywhere else in the area. And Jennifer and her staff are wonderful about spending time with you helping to choose the perfect tile to go with your project. I am often a little insecure and overwhelmed with renovating or decorating projects in my house, but they really help me decide which direction to go. I love my kitchen backsplash tiles and now am currently having a bathroom redone with major help from Jennifer and staff. Can't recommend them highly enough.

They have the most beautifully unique tiles that one can browse in their stylish showroom, or better yet, rely on their expert suggestions to complete a vision. Also, Tile Sensations provides fantastic design support with very helpful project renderings. These experts helped me with a full kitchen, master suite and hall bath remodel turning the inside of a modest mid 70's bi-level into a marvelous mid-century modern home. Highly recommend.
