Don't confuse longevity with professionalism and quality standards. Tile Collection floundered with a simple bathroom renovation. General Manager, Senior Designer, Ops Manager, Project Supervisor are deficient in recording detail resulting in CONTINUED DISRUPTIONS, NUMEROUS ERRORS, VISIBLE SUBSTANDARD RESULTS (attached). The standard response from each being. "I forgot". Company provided a lockbox yet the tech LEFT MY DOOR UNLOCKED after a day's work. Workers DAMAGED MY VANITY. I proposed a cash setllement, percentage of balance due, for acceptance of the shoddy work respectfully allowing the owner's discretion to repair. Owner professes to stand behind his company’s work at while demanding the customer's time. Yielding to owner's decision, a second tech reviewed for repair, excusing the damage as due to the tool making the cut. VP of Ops mumbled "defect". Then writes "imperfection" in his follow up correspondence. Hmmm... imperfections vs defects vs damage; not the same. Skilled craftsmen know how to use their tools, period. In the end, Tile Collection refused to repair reverting to my proposal. A circus indeed! Boasts of being a woman-owned company yet no respect for my home or professional time. Brace yourself for a bumpy ride with this company. Be on call to serve. Take your own notes. Tile Collection updated my guest room bath and did a complete reno of my master bath. Excellence is how I would describe their quality. Impressed that the Owner came out to quality control the work! Thank you Tile Collection!

I went to the showroom yesterday to do some research and get some ideas for tile projects that will begin on a home being built for us. I just had to write because very soon upon entering the showroom, Elaine asked if I needed some assistance. Boy did I, as I get overwhelmed by the selections. Not only did she help me tremendously in making some decisions, I was impressed with her good taste and guidance tailored to my personal taste, needs and functional purpose. Elaine was very genuine with an exuberant energy that made me feel this was the place to go and she is the one I want to work with on my upcoming projects. Thanks, Elaine! You are a rare find and absolutely adorable. I’ll be back again in the next few weeks.

Tile Collection did a great job and I would highly recommend them. My project included demolition of old tiles and sub-floor, installation of a new sub-floor, water-proofing and finally new tile installation. This project involved a second-story exterior porch (over a heated living space). Consequently, the job required tight coordination among the disciplines (including waterproofing by a separate firm) because it involved exposure to the home’s interior prior to the new waterproofing application. Consequently, I was bit nervous! The office team leader, Brooke, a professional with years of contractor experience, put my mind at ease from the start and did everything she promised. She (and Jesse) coordinated the job beautifully and made sure everything ran on time. We ran into a few snags and the field supervisors (Jesse and Greg) solved each issue quickly and with optimum results. These snags amounted to unforeseen change orders and I sincerely appreciated the fact that the Tile Collection seemed to charge a reasonable price to amend the contract and did not try to gouge me! The subfloor and tile installers, Vitaliy and Zlatco, were thoughtful, meticulous, seasoned professionals. The porch looks even better than I imaged it would! Everybody at the Tile Collection was friendly and professional. I won’t go anywhere else in the future for my tile installation needs!

Ariel worked with Carolyn and I helping to select tile for a bathroom plus surround for a fireplace. She was also helpful with giving ideas for paint colors. This wasn't a huge job but Ariel gave us all the time needed as if it were. We will defiantly ask for her with any future projects as she was very helpful and patient with us.

We have worked with Tile Collection to remodel or master bath and two years later, our guest bath. We have always been very pleased with their work. They are timely, responsive to changes during the process, do excellent work, and follow-up after the job is done. We have enjoyed working with all members of the team. Everyone is fantastic. We plan on working with them in the future when it is time to remodel the kitchen.

The Tile Collection remodeled our master bath earlier this year. Full design and remodeling services were accomplished in a professional manner on time within budget. The company representatives were responsive, knowledgeable and courteous. Very pleased with the final product.

Tile Collection can do the entire project! The showroom personnel are friendly and professional. They work with you to find just what you want and need. Tile Collection have their own very professional plumbers, electricians, and installers to complete your project. This is so helpful, because it prevents you from having to resarch people for these jobs. They guarantee their work to your satisfaction. We have used them for three different projects and am sure to use them for our next one.

Very pleased with our tile and our experience...Ariel knowledge was very helpful in our decision My complaint which is justifiable is you will not buy the extra tile back, so I am stuck with two boxes I will not ever use....Horrible Policy!!!!

Very poor service and follow through. Routinely failed to meet commitments. Pricing offered on material was roughly 3 times pricing available through other vendors.

We used Tile Collection for our master bathroom remodel. Their showroom has an array of quality products. They have quality installers (masters) that do an excellent job. The installers overviewed each job to ensure they met our expectations. Tile Collection provided a schedule of the entire project that proved to be very accurate. We worked with Ketta Thomas in the showroom. Ketta did an excellent job of communication and was wonderful to work with. Jesse, our supervisor, overviewed the job each step of the way and communicated any issues. A few problems came up, but were promptly resolved to our satisfaction. All in all - a great job. Would highly recommend.
