When we recently bought a ranch house to completely gut and renovate, John was the first person we contacted - even before finding an architect. He manages to stay both on time as well as on budget. The extremely talented Tiedmann team performed a gut renovation of our home in 2014. They attended to every detail, from the smallest bolt to the largest space planning decisions. Their design skills are fantastic and the final product was flawless. Their integrity and timeliness is also unparalleled; when they say a project will be finished by a particular date, they mean it. We continue to use them for all of our house projects, large and small, and highly recommend them to all our family and friends.

John Tiedmann and his highly skilled team of craftsman built a "vacation retreat" in our backyard. The structure houses all the conveniences of an outdoor kitchen in a temperature controlled environment. The attached pavilion has a beautiful fireplace and deck. In addition to the quality of the work, John and his team worked diligently to exceed deadlines and stay within our budget. John was on site personally almost daily.....demonstrating a very impressive commitment to the project. The project commenced in August 2016 and was completed November 2016. We have already spent countless hours enjoying this lovely space!

As part of a major renovation of our house, we hired Tiedmann Enterprises to be the master contractor. They did a masterful job of achieving the high quality standards we had expected, sticking to the project timeline, and keeping it on budget. In addition to doing a great job managing the many sub-contractors (and ensuring great quality work), Tiedmann did a lot of beautiful custom wood work including trim, cabinetry, and built-in bookcases. They were very creative in recommending improvements to the architect's plans that we all jointly approved and ultimately were integrated into the design. And they were a great pleasure to work with--friendly, responsive, collaborative, and tidy! People rave about our "new" mid-century ranch renovation!
