The issue on our project was a lack of continuity and attention to detail. Instead of a new installer each day, they would be better served by having the same crew from start to finish. For info, the first two pictures are of our appliance garage. Keep in mind this is the finished product, not a defect they planned to come back and fix! The last photo is taken of a bin drawer after one year. I think there are better options in Victoria for your cabinetry.

My husband and I planned building our new home over 2 years ago. Our builder Steve Smith recommended meeting with Eric from Thomas Philips Woodworking for our cabinets. Eric was great! He was able to fully understand our "wish list" and design choice and work closely with us to produce amazing quality cabinets. He even made suggestions to help open up more closet space in our mudroom and main bathroom. We also asked if he could do our kitchen bar tops, and great room countertops in reclaimed wood (fir floor joists) - they are beautiful! The Thomas Philips team worked hard to get the job done on time, were courteous and professional. We are very pleased with our final results!

At Jenny Martin Design, we love working with Eric and Derrick, they are open minded and get excited about designs that are custom, and outside the box. Their ability to customize details to make our designs unique and special for our clients is what sets them apart. The quality of their millwork, customer service and craftmanship is top notch. I have a Thomas Phillips Kitchen in my own house and I love it!

Derrick and Eric are awesome. Great service and the quality in craftsmanship speaks for itself. They were excellent at collaborating and providing design details that made the project unique and inspiring. The installers had an great attention to detail and were prompt with their service. We will defiantly be working with them again.

We love our kitchen! Eric and Derrick arrived at our dusty renovation when it was stripped back to the studs, and as we suggested ideas for what we would like in our imagined kitchen they just nodded and said, "Yes, we can do that." We had very specific ideas - Cloud White on the main cabinets, nearly-natural white oak for the island, coves of a perfect radius inset into shaker doors, wide molding between appliance cabinets - and they did it all, no fuss - no muss. And, best of all, the guys were knocking on our door at 9am the day they originally promised to install the kitchen. It's truly a cook's kitchen, and my family and friends all appreciate the efficiency and beauty of this space.

I worked with Eric and Derrick on a recent kitchen project and found them to be very accommodating during the design process. They produced color finishes for the clients to choose from, were open to suggestions and the changes that the clients wanted. As a kitchen designer, I had worked with large manufacturers before and felt the constraints of working working within "off the shelf" cabinetry. They reassured me repeatedly that they are "woodworkers" and are open to creating any design I can dream up! I would highly recommend their company for your next millwork project!! Thank you.

We had Derrick and Eric and their crew build our new cabinets and couldn't be more pleased. They created a design to suit our home and our needs. We are a little picky and had some odd requests (we wanted to paint our own doors to get the 'brush stroke" look) and they didn't question us or push us to do anything we didn't want to do. I would highly recommend them as they are efficient, creative, dependable and overall great to deal wtih.

I have worked with Thomas Philips Woodworking on a number of occasions, photographing their completed projects. I have a background in construction and interior finishing, and can truly appreciate the level of quality that they offer in their finished product. Their designs are unique to each space, and offer an excellent balance of aesthetics and functionality. Having met with each home-owner while photographing their newly renovated living spaces, I have gotten to hear first hand how impressed they are with the level of craftsmanship and professionalism that these guys deliver. They're honest, easy-going, and provide an incredible value with their work. I would highly recommend their services to anyone interested in, or considering adding some new life to the inside of their home.
