I am so pleased that I got matched up with Jenny Stallings when I contacted Harry Norman! My experience of buying my home, with Jenny’s careful guidance, was quite smooth, given that it always is a somewhat stressful process with all kinds of kinks and surprises along the way. Jenny handled each unexpected situation with great efficiency and precision, and I am grateful for that! For example, we encountered a very unusual situation after we were under contract with regard to the property, and it required some additional expert research. It was very complicated with many possible outcomes and forms, and Jenny was in constant contact with the closing attorney, surveying company, sellers' agent, etc., to make sure everything was in order. It was about as stressful a situation as I can imagine, but Jenny saw us through it smoothly. I think the best compliment I can pay to Jenny is that she knows who to call and when. She already knows a lot, but is not too proud to call someone else when she doesn't know something. Jenny will be your best advocate, tireless in protecting your interests and helping you find and close on the right home! She is remarkably efficient and responds to emails and phone calls seemingly immediately. And she’s great fun, to boot!
