Dave Sharp was excellent individual and company to work with. We had out entire stair case updated to wood hand rail with wrought iron banisters in our residential home. They were tremendous to work with and provided a very reasonable quote compared with other companies we requested estimates with. They were very respectful and professional while in our house and working with us around our schedule. All of the employees he had working in my house were very pleasant and great to work with and listened to any concerns we had. The work they did was fantastic and they paid every attention to details to complete the project to our satisfaction. We are very pleased wth the final results and could not be happier. The project did take a little longer than initially told to us but the final results were well worth the extra time taken. The cost of the final project was as quoted up front. They went the extra mile to help my wife and I match & refinish a fireplace mantel we were updating. I would highly recommend Dave and his company.

I ordered barn doors through The Stairway Shop. They are absolutely beautiful. I needed them in a week after I placed the order. They had them shipped to me in three days. What wonderful service. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a wooden library ladder from Stairway Shop, and had it shipped to Canada. In the past, when dealing with shipments from other companies to Canada, I've typically encountered various issues with pricing of the shipping cost, customs clearance etc. I must say that i was extremely pleased with how the Stairway Shop handled the whole process completely seamlessly -- the quoted shipping cost included customs duties etc, and the ladder arrived on time in perfect condition. An added bonus was that their pricing on the ladder was actually cheaper than the quote I got when I called the manufacturer directly! Finally, their website was great, and allowed me to specify all the aspects of the ladder accurately, such that it installed with a perfect fit in my house. I just wished all the other merchants i deal with are this efficient! Highly recommend them, and will definitely do business with them again.
