We are sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience shopping with us. We strive to ensure that we do whatever we can to provide 5-star customer service and unfortunately it seems like we weren't able to live up to that in your case. We have reviewed your order and wanted to take this opportunity to address the points that you have listed in your review.

1) Most of our customers are looking for a sink as quickly as possible. For this reason, we try and ensure that we do our best to minimize the processing time as much as possible. As you have mentioned the sink shipped within 2 hours of you placing the order.

2) Although rare, we understand that some of our customers can change their minds after placing an order. Typically this falls under our "standard return" policy. In such situations, we try our best to provide the cheapest and most convenient option for the customer. In your case, as a courtesy, we provided you with the cheaper option to reroute the sink (this is not something that is typically offered). The fee is a reflection of what we are charged by the supplier and the shipping carrier. Note, that the fees for returning the $1500+ product would have been much higher if we went the standard return route. We do not make any profit on returns or cancellations. We continue to look for ways to improve our returns process.

3) We rely on well-known national carriers such as FedEx to ship (and reroute) packages. It is really unfortunate that they messed up the reroute on your order. We were following up with FedEx on a periodic basis and were told multiple times that the sink was headed in the right direction. We will continue to work through the management team to see if there is anything more we can do from our end to prevent such experiences.

4) I see that your order has been refunded in full on February 15th, 2022.
We can understand that this must have been an extremely frustrating experience for you. We appreciate you taking the time to write this review, and would have hoped it was with a different rating.
