Grandview Builder, Inc.

The SF Shop on its site says orders generally ship in 24 Hours. I placed an order which was reported ready for shipping on May 20. Their tracking system says it was delivered on May 23. It wasn't. (We live on a very safe street with no crime or package delivery problems in the past.) I emailed them on May 24 to ask what happened to the package, which they say is the best way to communicate. No response. I called on May 28, got voicemail and left a message. No response. It's May 29 today. No order received, and no response to e-mail or phone message.
