Working with Sewell Shutters was a pleasure from start to finish. Their installers are knowledgeable, kind and friendly. The shutters throughout my home are beautiful and fit perfectly and I particularly like that it is a family owned and operated business! When one of my pets damaged a louver, Sewell took care of it in a very timely manner. They stand behind their products and service 100%!

Plantation Shutter custom built and installed a 4 panel shutter for a large bay window in my kitchen. They were on time each time they came out to the house. First for the estimate, then for the measuring, and for the installation. The shutters were stained to match the wood paneling in my kitchen and the match was perfect. I was very happy with the work they did and with how easy the process was.

This is not the first time I have used Plantation Shutters. We had 2 windows remaining to receive Plantation Shutters. The responded quickly to our request and measured and then installed within the time frame given. In addition they picked up 2 sets of shutters we had removed for a kitchen remodel and they had to modify these to get them back in the windows. They did an excellent job of trimming these out as the windows were not exactly square. We had added granite tops and the window sill was then thicker than the original formica surface, which we had expected. We thought we could simply put these back in ourselves, but we found we needed professionals and Plantation Shutters did the job. Great job! Crew was very professional and easy to work with.

The Plantation Shutter was great!. I purchased shutters and blinds for the entire house. They helped me thru each step of the process. For pricing, they even let me use their pricing template to 'play' with various configurations before I decided on what I needed. The measurement guy was extremely detailed and we discussed each odd window for a solution. The end products were installed very professionally. All in all, a great experience. I will definitely use them if I ever need shutters again.

We used The Plantation Shutter last year for plantation shutters in our family room. Every aspect of our experience was outstanding! Steve came out and did an extremely professional job in his suggestions, his measurements, and attention to every detail. Jeremy was just as professional in his detail in taking care of the business end. Our family room is stained paneled wood, and they were persistent in getting the stain to perfectly match the existing wood. We were told it would be about 6 weeks before delivery, and they meet that deadline without any problem. We have LOVED them - so much that we have just ordered plantation shutters for the rest of the entire house! And based on our last experience, we fully expect to be just as pleased with these. We excitedly recommend The Plantation Shutter and every person we dealt with there.

The workmanship and quality of the shutters is excellent. The cost estimate, installation, the estimated time for arrival of our shutters, and the matching of our home decor were done professionally and everything was done on schedule. We love our shutters and have had many positive complements from visitors in our home.

I love my shutters. They are beautiful. They matched my paint colors perfectly, and the installers worked to make them fit the old, irregular windows in my 1886 house.
