Jacki is a pleasure to work with. She has great ideas and truly listens to the preferences of her client. She was able to effectively work with and find a great middle ground for my husband and I who have different taste in home furnishings. Her paint color selection is top notch and exactly what we wanted. She made the process easy and enjoyable. We love spending time in our newly appointed and freshened up home!

I've worked with Jacyln on several remodeling projects over the last 7 months. They have included design, construction, decor and landscaping. Working with her is a pleasure. She is extremely creative, professional and we couldn't be happier with the way our residential clubhouses and offices turned out. She literally made the dreams come through. I have had a wonderful experience working with Jacki. She has great talent as a designer, but is collaborative and always interested in incorporating my ideas and items from my life. Jaclyn Ehrlich is the best! I have used her expertise and eye for design in two homes AND two businesses! My mother-in-law has worked with Jaclyn for her resident home and her lake house. I could have never done this on my own. I HIGHLY recommend her. Incredible talent!!!

I have used Jacqueline to redecorate two of my homes and after using multiple decorators over many years, I have to say she is the absolute best decorator in Charlotte. I did not want a run of the mill decorator to work with, I wanted a high end, knowledgeable, classic decorator who could guide me in my tastes but not dictate to me. I feel as though the finished project is exactly what I wanted only with Jacqueline's chic touches. Classic but not stuffy... I am very proud to now live in an Jacqueline Ehrlich home! She is remarkable both in the natural talent she exudes for upscale decorating and the ability to guide me to exactly what I wanted my finished product to look like. Jaclyn is great to work with. She picked out beautiful paint colors for our entire house. She also picked out a beautiful kitchen table, that fits the space perfectly and designed our family that looks amazing. With all of our items (lighting, furniture, rugs/carpet...) she always gave us options to choose from, which was so helpful. She is so talented!

Jacki helped us select paint colors, new lighting, window treatments, accessories, and designed a new fireplace façade for us. She also recommended contractors to complete installation, etc. We really appreciated how she took the time to get to know my husband and I and understand our styles and likes/dislikes before jumping into the design. Jacki was very conscious of our budget at every stage. Also, unlike other designers that I have worked with, Jacki charges a flat fee for her design services rather than charging per hour for her design time. Jacki has such a great eye for color and patterns and she was able to mesh my husbands and my styles so that we both love our final product. Jaclyn was wonderful to work with, and having her and her contractors in our house was always a pleasure. We are so happy with our transformed kitchen, breakfast room and family room!

I have used Jaclyn three times and have been extremely pleased. First time was space planning and furniture selection, second time for custom shelving and third time for picture hanging. She exceeded my expectations each time,

Jaclyn has a wonderful sense of color! There were a few tweaks that we needed to make to finish the job, and I was willing to finish without making it just perfect. Jaclyn went up and beyond to make sure we were happy. We were very involved and detailed about our order. We did challenge her on several situations (measurements, functionality etc.) which we are very glad we did, and she handled that well. She was always willing to put in the extra time. She spent countless hours with us. We love our final product!
