The Flooring Pros

I chose Flooring Pros in Pineville to install carpeting for stairs and great room. The Sales process with Debbie was very Satisfactory but during the install all my Great room upholstered furniture was stored uncovered outside on my decking which is uncovered . It rained a big downpour and my 7 pieces of special furniture very sadly is now damaged , still damp will likely mildew. Though they agreed at my strong request to bring a wet vac to my house that evening to try and extract water from the frames and cushions it was 3 hours after they were in some cases saturated with rain water. Even more disheartening and unprofessional is the POOR response from ownership or management. After 3 weeks , Not One (with the exception of returning my call by a defensive sounding manager, )has called me or written to express acknowledgement , regret, apologies, or a plan to compensate for damaged furniture. The project was left incomplete as I was using hair dryers to try and dry ,after they realized how wet the furniture was.

I couldn't be happier with my floors. The installation crew was fantastic...on time, clean and made the experience almost enjoyable. Great sense of humor. I'd recommend them to everybody (and I got a great deal).

This company refinished our hardwood floors during the sale of our home - they were very professional, stayed within estimate, and we got an offer on the house the next week. Very pleased.

We had a big job for them. We replaced our the linoleum and carpet in our entire downstairs floor with beautiful ceramic tile. It was a huge job and they completed it within the promised timeline. The work and the craftsmen were diligent and cared about the work they did. The price was reasonable too.

Arlo Rice and his tream at The Flooring PROs are great. I work with a lot of contractors and these guys are the best. It is a great team to work with and such a nice experience. They are professional, extremely organized and very business like. I very much enjoy doing business with them.
