All Dimensions sensational installation and problem solving just made my 1979 house look like 2017--and raised my resale value by $61,000.
After having been burned by a previous flooring installer who walked off the job, (think third book of the New Testament), I learned my lesson--when I found All Dimensions Flooring to install Armstrong Vivero new nine inch wide LVT in my dining room, my foyer, three sets of stairs--and complete the whole seven room project including transitional and corner booboos from the walk-off-the-job previous installer. Oh how I wish I had just called All Dimensions in the first place. I had been misled by the cocky confidence of the one man guy, but I was wrong--Jason's prices were actually LOWER! if I had read the customer complaint letter on a T-t site, I would have spotted the nightmares I would face--and hired All Dimensions from the git-go.
Jason, his sales and scheduling staff (yea, Taylor!) and his crew, led by Orlando and Fidencio, were vastly superior and more experienced. They were ON TIME, RESPONSIVE AND ABOVE ALL, METICULOUS. They didn't scratch the JUST PAINTED BY ME walls. They didn't waste or break material. They followed manufacturer's directions, because that's what real professionals do--they don't make up the rules for their own convenience or ego needs. They used the right tape to connect the Quiet Comfort sound-baffling and waterproofing underlayment--instead of free US Post Office tape they scavenged! Their equipment worked. And they arrived on time with supplies.
And they were FINICKY in the details, including the right color of caulk, not being sloppy with it--and using just the right amount--not skimping. As Dorinda Medley of the NYC Bravo Housewives says, "They did it right. They made it NICE!"
The All Dimensions crew had a craftsman's eye for mixing my three colors of barnwood nine inch wide floating LVT flooring. They didn't roll their eyes at me for being fussy about mixing and matching to achieve a natural look--they UNDERSTOOD! When installing the remarkable CapATread stairs, (rather than have to change vocabularies and go to berber which gets filthy in my house) they didn't balk at doing TWO cuts per tread, to mix up the faux wood "knotty embellishments" to provide variety and a totally natural look from step to step.
If they had ANY questions, Orlando and Fidencio asked me. One of the biggest issues with flooring is transitions on the flat--from room to room-- from tile to linoleum to carpet, unevenness--and they excelled there. No house is ever truly square--that's a biggie!!! Rooms are just like your friends and family--perfectly imperfect. You'll see. Your installers must deal with it, on the spot. I faced How to transition out to the garage. And when a final top step was an inch higher that expected. Uffda!!! All Dimensions'I crew solved each challenge.
My home looks fresh and new, not patched up. My resale value has soared.
They are polite, American citizens. They cleaned up every day--and unlike the other dude and his hapless helper, did not blow sawdust into every crevace of my garage or driveway!
What the remodelling industry needs is more business owners like Jason Jesperson, and reliable, experienced professional installers like Orlando and Fidencio. If I could clone them, I would, (but I live in Kansas!!! The current governor won't allow it.)
