ISD does a great job, from quoting to installing. The installers are quick and friendly, and never leave a mess. We've used them for a few homes and they never disappoint.

Several years ago we did several home improvement projects. One of them was getting shutters from Interior Style Designs. Out of our 4 projects we were most pleased with this company and product. We replaced 8 honeycomb window coverings with faux wooden white shutters a few years ago and it was the best decision ever! Little gnats would get inside the honeycomb , and it wasn't easy to keep the keep the dust off either. Super easy to clean these shutters! Jessica also suggested the split shutters without the middle stick for a cleaner line. The shutters really keep the house cooler during the hot summers. Excellent installation too.

When a privacy concern for our kitchen window required that we add a window covering, I was hesitant to reduce the sunlight and change the ambiance of the room. Jessica listened to all of my issues and proposed a solution to to solve the problem. The covering was installed professionally with instructions on keeping it clean and maintained. Fast forward several years, we are so satisfied with her recommendation and the quality of the product. Even though it was a small job, it was a big change for us and she treated it as such. Jessica and her team know their stuff and can be trusted to do the job right.

I do not believe you could possibly do better than Interior Style Designs. They are totally competent, less expensive than Costco, great samples, punctual, friendly, and wonderful installation. I have used them twice. They exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend them!!!!!!

Jessica and Josh, owners of Interior Style Design, are great to work with. They bring the "store" to you! There are unlimited ideas and choices available. The price was great and we received our shades very quickly!

They completely dropped the ball and have left me hanging. My job was $50,000 for roller shades with motors installed. My house was under construction so they did the install and I paid them without examining the work because the blinds needed to be integrated with my home automation system to work. When my AV guy went to do it he said that Interior Style Designs, (Josh) was suppose to give me the part to intertwine it with my AV system. Called Josh and he said sorry, I cant help you. Like he just didn’t have time. Obviously I paid them their 50k already so he just didn't care) so I had to pay another blinds company to come out and get system working. Now I get the shades lowered and there are huge gaps in between shades. I call Josh and his wife and texted them and no return call or text. I remember him specifically telling me I would have a one inch gap. Its a four inch gap. I wrote a negative review as a last ditch effort urging them to please come just adjust my blinds. We moved in and the gap was shooting sunlight directly on to my bed. Josh texted me back and said no we are not helping you because of your review. Don’t let their good reviews fool you, they are too busy right now to service their customers. Do not use them for any high end jobs like I did. I found out they were not even an authorized dealer for the products they sold me.

I've had the pleasure of working with ISD in two of my homes. They were punctual, professional and very helpful in pointing me in the right design direction. I have recommended them several times to friends, and I've always gotten rave reviews.

Great family owned company. They installed window coverings on several of my windows about 5 years ago, and one of the string pulls broke off recently. Josh came by to see what the problem was, and since it was just the toggle that needed to be replaced, he said he'd bring one back for me so I didn't have to send the shade out for repairs. He also checked on a window shade that they didn't replace that had a mechanical glitch, and said that the fix was easy and he would be happy to replace that part on site. No charge, by the way, for fixing either window shade. I have more window shades that are aging out and will soon need to be replaced. I will be calling on ISD to replace them!!

We used Interior Style Design in all our commercial offices when they were built out and for rehab when we had a tenant move out. Josh and Jess always took great care of us and we never called anyone else all the years we lived in California. We give them a Five Star Rating!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Interior Style Designs! I sought them out after a horrible experience with a company contracted through Costco. The experience with Interior Style Designs could not have been more night and day. I had an idea of what I was looking for in some blinds for four different rooms in my home. I have used Interior Style Designs for my roman shades and my drapery, and they have always done a great job. No one is perfect, but if there is a problem they are right on it to fix it. (Not a big deal, but my drapes were a little longer than I had asked for so they came back out, picked up the drapes and had them returned to me within a few days). I would highly recommend them.

I had unfortunately had the occasion to need to replace 3 full slider cellular shades and one window previously purchased back in 2012 with another company. I had seen an advertisement in our local 90808 (Long Beach) magazine featuring the owners of Interior Style Designs, Josh and Jennifer Goodman. I really liked what I read and gave them a call. An appointment was set up with Terri Weld to come out and see what we wanted, etc. She was great, I picked out Hunter Douglas Honeycomb Shades very similar to what we had. 3 wks later I received a call that our shades were in and John would come out and do the installation. He was very knowledgeable and did the work in record time. The shades look and work great. I highly recommend ISD (Interior Style Designs), they are efficient from the front office to the design consultant to the installation.

After our remodel we needed some shades for the windows. From initial ordering to final installation, they were nothing short of professional. Upon contacting Interior Style Designs for a patio door covering solution, I was able to make an in-home appointment within a few days. She showed up on time and offered various suggestions. I was impressed by her knowledge of the products and was easily able to make a decision. In about 2.5 weeks it was installed. We hired Jessica to put new blinds in a home we were remodeling to become a rental. Jessica was nice, professional, informative and in general very easy to work with. Our order was ready in a timely manner and the product was as we expected. Installation was a little difficult to get scheduled, but that was due to the installer not being as responsive or available as we'd expected.

Jessica and Josh have helped me find the perfect window treatments for my windows. Jessica has taken the time to find the perfect solution to every dilemma. I have west facing windows where the sun pours in but I didn't want to block the view completely. The shades she suggested work perfectly. Josh is a perfectionist at installation. He keeps adjusting the window coverings after you think they are perfect. He was able to take old blinds that they didn't sell to us and motorize them. They are great at responding to your emails and phone calls.

Jessica was knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the shutters, blinds and drapes for our new home. I am happy with all of the products, the final result is beautiful. We have had one issue with a blind not being made correctly and they have stuck with us throughout the process, the blind has been remade many times and now the manufacturer is taking over to resolve the issue.

But once we reconnected, the order arrived within two weeks and installed expertly in just a few hours. The company is busy, so be prepared to wait a bit for appointments and all of the stars to align. But once they do, you will be happy that you did.

We loved working with Interior Style Designs to order and install window coverings for our new home. The pricing was competitive with the bigger companies (we also received a quote from 3 Day Blinds) but we felt like the quality was better with ISD. We installed shutters throughout most of our upstairs and rolling shades or sliding panels downstairs. Installation was quick and clean and Josh's customer service was excellent. They are a lovely young couple with a dedicated work ethic and quality products to offer. The entire process, from selection to installation, came off without a hitch. The woven-wood shades in my kitchen are gorgeous and give the space a luxe finish, blending with the existing decor. We chose neutral wide-slat wood blinds for the bedrooms, again, an improvement that transforms the feel of the whole room. In sum, I am beyond satisfied with the service and the finished product.

Jessica came out and was flexible with her schedule. She brought lots of samples and waited patiently to help me pick what I wanted. She also shared some ways to lower the cost and help me prioritize what I needed. My custom blinded took about 2-3 weeks for production and then they were installed promptly. They look amazing and I have had no problems with them. When I had questions afterwards Jessica responded promptly. I would highly recommend this company.
