California Closets - Scottsdale

I have worked with California closets now for over 2 years. My designer is Racheal P. She is truly the best. She exemplifies customer service all around. She is excellent at listening to your needs, asking questions to get more specific needs, and then transfering that into a design. Now, she works with you to get the perfect design to meet your needs while still fitting into the space . And making sure it is not to cluttered. I like California Closets products, they are classy, high quality, and sturdy. They offer many different color options, handle styles, backing for your organizers, and accessories. Each finished product that i have had has looked like a million bucks and i have received numerous compliments on my bedroom closets, and laundry room. They also communicate well with dates for tear outs, what to expect, and installation dates. The installers are punctual and very efficient , professional, communicate their progress, and ask questions when needed.

California Closets installed a murphy bed and storage system in a guest room, and office area and desk in the office. Design is beautiful and the finished product excellent. Enjoyed working with the designer, who did an excellent job guiding us. The installers were professional, informative, quiet and cleaned up consistently. Great experience all around.

Customer service, installation and product are top notch. From our first visit to final installation. The guys who did the installation were respectful and cleaned up afterward.
