The 4R Group LLC

We used the 4R Group to remodel our kitchen and could not be more pleased with the results. I had a general idea of what I wanted but Rob and Russ were great about giving ideas and opinions on the details and finishes. From the start, when we first received an estimate for the job, communication was great. Because we were living in the house during the work, Rob always kept us updated as far as timeline and progress. Additionally, I appreciated that either Rob or Russ were always on site while subcontractors were in the house. Really, this company is just solid. The kitchen has truly become the focal point of our house and we're hoping to have them remodel our master bath in the near future.

The 4R Group was recommended to me by the president of the HOA my property is located in. I have used the 4R Group for several projects to bring the foreclosed home I purchased to current standards. The 4R Group either completed or oversaw the interior painting, replacing all flooring (carpet, laminate and tile) after they repaired termite damage that was discovered while doing the necessary demolition work. They also replaced kitchen florescent lighting with canned lights, replacing and painting gable vents that had been sun and weather damaged. The current project is to install a privacy wall and Iron gate that matches existing walls/gates and the next project to be started in August of 2013 is to update kitchen counters (solid surface to be determined), remove a portion of a wall to open the kitchen to a patio view and install new kitchen sink and hardware. We plan to also update the master bathroom using the 4R Group during the summer of 2014 or 2015. I have found that I can trust the 4R Group to manage the project and keep the property secure since the property in question is not my primary residence and the work that is done/completed is without me being present. We have always been pleased with the results.

We had a major house renovation. 4R (Rob) did a very complete job, just as we requested and without any hassles or late excuses. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend 4R without any reservations.

First I must say the owner, Rob is the main reason I even talked to his company. He is honest and straight forward with cost and great ideas to get the best results. We had both inside and outside work completed. Our kitchen needed a new lighting system including removal of old material, putting in a skylight and pot lights. He turned a dark working area into a joy to use and a wonderful future selling part of our home. Additional electric work was done in our guest room to add ceiling fan and better light control switches. Our patio included an aluminum shade cover, water system replacement, wiring for outdoor lights, adding a wall and gate to provide privacy, and concrete work to add space to patio. Final project was our gutters needed to be installed to improve run off and provide proper drainage. Overall, I believe you will love the final results and have nothing but positive comments to tell others when all is done.

We had the 4 r group remodel 2 bathrooms for us. The bid was accurate included everything that needed to done and they completed all the work with in bid price and no add ons. They did the work on time and kept the house clean. The remodels of our bathrooms were professionally done and we are very happy. We will use 4 R group again. Highly recommend them

Rob, of the 4R Group, came in with a bid that was well under any others that we had. He started work the day after we signed an agreement. We were on a strict timeline with furniture coming from out of state. That deadline was met. Rob is an engaging, enthusiastic, and creative worker. It was a lot of fun working with him. He totally remodeled our home and it now looks like a new modern home. Several people in our homeowners association who saw our results hired Rob to do work on their places also. I have not heard anything but praise from any of them. You can't beat this company for a remodel.
