The Remodeler was founded in 1988. Family owned and operated by Mark and Debra Witte, they offer over 30 years of General Contracting experience to create the homes people dream of through remodeling. Fully licensed and insured, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship and products, they are ready to make every home the best it can be. They stand out in the industry by demonstrating expertise and professionalism surpassed by none, and recognized time and again through awards and client testimonials. The Remodeler’s reputation speaks for itself, and they are happy to provide references and a gallery of work. As long-standing members of the Home & Builders Association, Mark and Debra contribute time and resources to building a better Colorado Springs community. Mark has served as the Chairperson of the Remodeled Homes Tour, taught remodeling seminars, wrote a remodeling consumer guide titled, “How to Successfully Remodel Your Home”, and volunteered for Habitat for Humanity.

Our outdated family room and unfinished laundry area have been remodeled into a beautiful new living space. New flooring, built in bookcases, six-panel doors throughout the house, and a barn door have modernized our home thanks to the expertise and workmanship provided by MDW Ventures, Inc. We highly recommend MDW Ventures Inc., who are known for their integrity and attention to detail. Thank you for putting new life into our home.

Mark and his "crew", Deb screened in my deck to make a Catio for my 2 cats and myself. They did a remarkable job on a difficult job. It looks great from the outside and great from the inside. Mark put pet screen up and the cats have climbed on it and have not left a mark. It was fun seeing the progress everyday and it was more fun seeing Mark and Deb everyday. I still miss their company!!! I highly recommend The Remodeler and will for sure ask them to do my next project. Thank you Mark and Deb!

Mark and Deb Witte have done work for us on two large projects. During our first project, in the Summer of 2011, they installed new flooring throughout our upstairs and helped us select paint colors for all the rooms. They also raised the ceiling in our kitchen, restored the cabinetry, and put in new countertops. During our second project, in the Spring of 2014, they replaced all the windows in our home and installed both a new sliding glass door and a large picture window. On both occasions, they gave us knowledgeable advice on all of the materials, provided fine workmanship and attention to detail, and served us with wonderful friendliness and promptness. We wholeheartedly recommend Mark and Deb at The Remodeler.

We had purchased a bathroom remodel from a big box store expecting everything to go well. Well the project did not go as planned. Mark and his team stepped into the void and got the project back on track to completion. With Mark and his team, this disaster in the making was turned into a marvelous bathroom. We were so pleased that we asked Mark and his team to remodel our master bathroom. Great things happened. We received wonderful products, under budget, and on time.. We would recommend Mark and his team to anyone who has a remodel project. He does what he commits to. We are looking for this team to do our kitchen next.

Mark and Deb are amazing, they helped us update our kitchen a few years ago and it we just love it. It was so nice to work with individuals who listened to what we wanted done to our kitchen and they made it happen. Their staff was friendly, clean and polite. They finished a shower for us and installed a bay window along with a small window in my bedroom. They do a great job and complete the job in a very timely fashion. We highly recommend this company for all your projects.
