Terry was great to work with and very professional. He was always willing to listen to our ideas and would be willing to work with us on any changes that we suggested. He is very particular about the work that is done and makes sure everything is of the highest quality. I would recommend Terry to anyone who was looking to custom build a new house.

Being recently retired and on a tight budget Terry worked with us where ever possible to hold down cost without compromising quality. He listened to what WE WANTED and made recommendations where needed. Any concerns or issues that came up during construction or after move in were handled promptly without any hesitation. Have been in our new home little over a month now and really enjoying it. Also shout out to electrician Dale Cody for getting us in touch with Draper Construction.

We have used Draper Construction on several remodeling projects including a major makeover of our new lake home. We have always found Terry and his crew members to be honest, respectful, timely and very accomplished in their trade. They show up when they say they will and stay at it until the job is finished. This is VERY rare especially in the Grand Lake area. We would and have recommended him to others without reservation!

We hired Draper Construction to do a complete kitchen remodel. This included new Cabinets, tops, appliances, etc... The out come is stunning, it turned out beautiful. Terry is a hands on builder and is there for all facets of the job, plus he hires top notch contractors to do the work. This is our second time to use Draper Construction and if their is another remodel in our future we'll use Terry again.

Draper Construction helped us with an add on to our house several years ago. Our house is older and we have had a few water issues in the original part of the house. Terry has continued to be an asset when something goes wrong. He finds a way to help us even if he is busy. I would highly recommend his company.

When we were planning to build our home we interviewed and received bids from several builders. It was clear from our initial meeting that Terry was the contractor we were going to work with. He wasn't the cheapest, but we felt he was the best for our customized home requirements. His personal, hands on management style and the great relationship he had with past clients was clear when he took us to see 4 other homes he had built. Each of the homes were beautiful and as we asked specific questions Terry knew every detail about each home. Clearly he managed the details closely. Fortunately, we were able to visit with the homeowner’s during our visits. Each client was happy to see Terry and to share with us the results of their collaboration. It was clear that his past clients still had a good relationship with Terry and each of them told us about Terry’s expertise, approach to their project and the attributes that made him a good fit for building their home. We wanted to be very involved in our custom project and Terry was patient and worked with us every step of the way. We made changes to the scope, many of them, but it didn't bother Terry. He'd smile and always said OK, and then proceeded to provide ideas and alternatives to achieve our objective. One of the biggest things about working with Draper Construction is Terry’s honesty and integrity. He demonstrated these qualities early on and throughout the project. Since we live in another state, it was comforting to know we could trust and rely on Terry to watch out for our best interest. Another benefit to working with Terry is the fact that he is an expert builder. Knowing that he had extensive hands on experience, he started as a framer, made us comfortable that we’d not only have a beautiful home but one that was structurally sound as well. His expertise proved critical when we considered and ultimately made some pretty significant changes to the architects design. Throughout the project Terry was an excellent communicator via text, email or calls and he made himself available to provide updates or to answer questions we had. In the end, our home was delivered on schedule and within the agreed upon budget. Ultimately, we believe Terry was actually less expensive than the other bidders based upon the value we received, the personal attention to detail and the benefits associated with doing things right the first time. We highly recommend Terry and if we have an opportunity to work with him again we surely will.
