We hired Will at Terra Mar after a reference from our contractor. Our project was originally to be a modest remodel of a home built in 1980 in Tavernier Forida. Will returned a set of preliminary plans/designs as we had requested that addressed what we had envisioned. Fortunately he also provided a more comprehensive and artistic set of designs for us to consider. We eventually selected these designs that although more costly for the construction will give us a terrific residence that we will be very happy with. As the design progressed Will was very responsive to changes that we thought might be improvements and would also provide additional alternatives. We could not be more impressed or confident with Terra Mar and would highly recommend them for consideration for anyone's architectural design .
