DCB completed a comprehensive renovation of our waterfront home. The project was very well managed resulting in high satisfaction and a follow-on contract. Dream Coast builders did an amazing job on renovating our beach home; it is absolutely stunning. They completely remodeled our master bathroom, kitchen, and living room and they raised my ceilings to 9ft high! The Dream Coast team worked with my budget and made great suggestions throughout the renovation process. Dream Coast did a terrific job with our renovation. Our condominium was pretty much as it was built in the 1980's. With Dream Coast ideas and leadership our vision came to fruition for our new home. Gregg and his DreamCoast team are not only terrific at design and build they are fantastic to work with. Gregg, his assistant "Young Greg" and his cabinet maker Sonny Wells did amazing work on our full condo renovation... kitchen, baths, living room console, shelves, cabinets, ceilings and laundry area. They were more than willing to adjust to design changes and keep the project moving. Their tradesmen were outstanding and we couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Gregg and his team remodeled our entire house, all the way down to the bare walls. He was patient with us and explained what the process was. I was amazed and pleased with the quality of the work performed. What I was most pleased with was their integrity and honesty. Unfortunately, their roofer did not properly cover the roof and water intruded into the home. He did not make excuses; he took full responsibility and took care of us. So much so, that this accident assisted us is completing additional work needed at minimal cost. We were in our home right before COVID so we had a great place to quarantine. We highly recommend Dream Cost Builders.

Are project consisted of an addition and complete redo of our front elevation and entrance way. From start to finish Dream Coast Builders were a "dream" to work with. From the very beginning the bid/estimate was detailed and transparent. Everyone who worked on our project was professional and conscientious. When looking for a builder we were apprehensive about what was to come, as we have heard from friends about their frustrations during the process with other builders. That was not the case with Dream Coast. We can honestly say we are 100% satisfied with the work, the communication and the finished project.

Had a great experience with Dream Coast building our new dream home. They also did an extensive remodel on our last home which came out great as well. Building from scratch is a workout, but they got us through it from start to finish. I would use them again.

My wife and I found Gregg and his team were amazing in the idea, design and build portions of our condo renovation in Belleair. We totally gutted and remodeled our kitchen and two full baths. We made major design, plumbing, electrical and HAVC changes all of which Gregg and his sub contractors executed perfectly. We added new cabinets (Sonny Wells was awesome) countertops, showers, flooring, lighting, etc. And we turned room areas we were not using into beautiful and functional spaces. Gregg was very open to our design ideas, changes that we wanted to make, specialty products we wanted to use and even put his master carpenter skills to work. Gregg and his team expertly renovated my condo kitchen and bathrooms. With Gregg's expertise and artist's eye, the projects exceeded my initial expectations. For example, we tackled a vent issue that seemed to prevent a full height issue in the kitchen. With creative rerouting the entire kitchen ceiling is now full height. The visual impact is truly appreciated. In addition, the cabinet maker is a superior artisan with wonderful design input. I enjoyed working with everyone on Gregg's team.

Gregg and his team are great! I remodeled my kitchen and added a family room and master bedroom. His attention to detail is fantastic. Gregg has a great eye for design. He kept the job site very clean, and me very well informed of our schedule. My project has been complete for a couple months. When I contacted him with a minor HVAC issue, he was right on it. Dreamcoast is the best!!! They did a total renovation of my house including kitchen and then the next year had a water leak from the original plumbing and they basically had to do the job again. 2 years in a row and they were fabulous!!! I would only consider using Gregg and his staff. Professional, talented and very ethical. He took care of everything and had great ideas as well.

You will never, ever come across a man, let alone a builder, that has more integrity and is more concerned about your best interest when it comes to building your home. We all know this is a stressful process, but Gregg made it fun and enjoyable. His pricing never changed, and his deliverables were always on time. Ten years after the completion of my home, he still will come by to fix things, regardless of whether it was associated with the build or not. With Gregg, you get both a friend and a builder for life!

We had a water leak which caused serious damage to our front balcony. Gregg and his Dreamcoast team responded immediately and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. The quality of the workmanship is better than the original! I would not hesitate to recommend Gregg and his team. I plan on using them again for a future remodel.
