It is not ideal, but occasionally projects run longer than expected and mistakes are made. It was unfortunate that we and our sub-contractors were unable to complete the project to your full satisfaction, which is why we offered to pay a contractor, of your choice, to address the issues you had.

Our employees, sub-contractors and vendors are also of great value to our organization. We have endured long-lasting relationships by endorsing a respectful and professional work environment and for the first time, those values were compromised when we insisted our team continue to go back to your project only to be demoralized and denigrated via text, verbally and notes.
