TASC A/V

Tasc set up a home entertainment and home automation system for us. They do a very solid (and fast) job setting up the system, but they really shined in handling any little issue that the system developed. We had some power problems in our house that created some issues with our Tasc system, and Tasc did a great job responding quickly to these issues, no matter how small they were. Other companies might be able to install a good home electronics system, but I doubt they have the customer service that Tasc offers after the installation.

We were designing our retirement home in the Hill Country and working with all the contractors. I wanted an audio/video system which would provide a integrated approach for a range of sources (Cable, Apple TV, Blue Ray, Cameras, Ethernet/Phone and Gaming) to be selectively delivered to each room and controlled by a iphone/ipad. I met with TASC A/V and we went over a configuration which met my current needs but also had the flexibility to provided for future needs. I was impressed with the system design they offered along with the professionalism and care provided to me. TASC A/V provided a set of construction drawings, a list of material and a price that was competitive. The one thing that really impressed me was the fact that they ordered all the equipment ahead of the project and built the rack configuration in the lab to test wiring and system operation, prior to installation at the job site. Once on site, the installation went smoothly without any unexpected occurrences. The system and staff met my expectations, and I would highly recommend this business.

My entertainment unit was installed in the home when we purchased it, but Steve and his team have been excellent to work with and have provided some great technical advice when we increased the number of TV units in the home and they came up with some creative and cost effective solutions. Excellent service and their offsite ability to log in and do diagnostics is a terrific and cost effective solution. Definite would recommend to others, highly focused on ensuring and providing a good technical product and service to their customers.

This is my third home to have the TASK team automate. They have added security, music/speakers throughout my homes as well as outside. They have automated the lighting for two of my homes. They are easy to communicate with, very respectful and professional. They are great about answering questions and explaining how to get the most out of your system.
