We design and build comprehensive, holistic luxury outdoor living environments. Our focus is transforming properties into inspiring spaces that feel amazing to be in! Our team has a combined experience of over 70 years working in many locations both nationally and internationally. This diversity of experience has embedded a nimble approach to design that offers one-of-a-kind, exceptional results. The following two approaches make us unique: 1.) Our design approach - we apply timeless design principles with leading edge technologies and practices. Every design is informed by multiple factors which include context of site, environmental psychology, architecture, lifestyle, tastes and desires. 2.) Our comprehensive approach. We take care of it all! We design, install and manage all facets of the project which saves you time, energy and frustration of having to piece it all together. Our first priority is to understand what makes your heart sing, so that we can create the best possible living environment for you. We are a small, boutique firm by design. We work with a select number of high end residences and resorts each year in order to devote our full attention, time and resources to them. Backyard/Courtyard Renovation into Pool/Entertainment Area

For our courtyard renovation project, as a busy entrepreneur with little time, our family needed someone that could offer the entire package. We needed someone to help us refine our vision for our new backyard space, and then manage the project entirely through to completion. I was very fortunate to discover Jeff and Diana online, and was impressed by their previous projects and the reviews of the same. From the beginning, Jeff and Diana proved to be exactly what we were looking for. After the initial consultation, whereby both Jeff and Diana attentively listened to our desires and helped us through various options, they came back with a design plan nearly spot-on to what we were looking for. We immediately got the sense that they were not only highly capable, but of the kind of character that you'd want when undertaking a project of that magnitude. After a thorough cost estimate, the project was off and running. Jeff and Diana are the ideal combo; the master-of-all carpentry trades in Jeff, combined with the keen aesthetic eye of Diana ensured that every decision we made was both logistically and stylistically sound. Throughout the duration of the project, we were always well-informed on progress, timelines and budget status. Once the final touches were made, we were left with a space that we not only loved, but one that completely transformed our property and added tremendous value to it. Jeff and Diana were very easy to work with. Spoke to us to understand what we wanted and prepared a very professional demo with different options for us to choose from. Jeff was always present, always available. Very hands on. All the people who worked for him were very responsible, clean and professional. Finished by the date they had set at the beginning. We were very pleased with how our space turned out. It is our little paradise. We absolutely recommend them !!!

2023 was a year of renovations and remodeling projects for our Treasure Island, FL home. The only project that went essentially perfectly was the hardscape/landscape project "performed" (not just accomplished) by Dynamic Outdoor Spaces. The project consisted of a complete renovation of the entire outdoor space; front, back and both side yards. The project included new turf, both real and artificial, new irrigation system, an all new lighting system, new plantings, pavers, etc, the works! Originally, the front was an eye sore, at best. Now, we have heard from the neighbors how delighted they are that they have an out of state neighbor who cares about the neighborhood. Jeff, and Diana, were very easy and friendly to work with right from the start, which continued throughout the duration of the project. The project came in on time, and on budget. We could not be happier, and highly recommend Dynamic Outdoor Spaces.

Working with Jeff and Diana at Dynamic Outdoor Spaces was a wonderful experience for us. We spend sooo much more time outside now enjoying their design for our family…it’s heaven! We love our pool, outdoor shower and garden. It was a big project but they absolutely nailed it! We had looked at several pool companies for this job and we knew we had to find someone who could understand our vision. Instantly our instincts told us they were really listening and wanted to help us realize our dreams. I’m really glad we chose them!! Jeff and Diana are both very creative and I was impressed the entire time with their design recommendations including the knowledge that went with the materials being used. I learned a lot! Their eyes are very trained to design something both beautiful and functional and my husband and I agree we would have not received this vision of a space had we not hired them. They understood what we had in our minds and expanded on that in spades. Like I said, we’re now post construction and we are outside all the time enjoying our Dynamic space!! These are hard working people with a great team underneath them and I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to have an outdoor space that is a work of art and a blessing!! Selecting a design build partner for your new outdoor environment is nerve wracking. We all hear the horror stories; delays, overruns and shoddy work. We were nervous, talked w a number of companies....and THEN we met the team from Dynamic Outdoor Spaces. Jeff, Diana and John had us at ease from the start. They listened, provided guidance based on their years of design and build experience...the result...a backyard that most people dream about. Gorgeous pool with many custom design features; water feature, Baja shelf, stepping stone walkway through the pool. Functional and beautiful. We also invested in a large attached lanai....more great room really. You feel like you’ve been transported to the BWIs....cumaru, cypress, high ceilings and travertine floors. The space reflects smart intuitive design...we rarely go into the house anymore. We were extremely satisfied with the process and the final product. The work ethic, integrity and craftsmanship of this team is second to none. We recommend DOS 100%....you will be in good hands.
