Do not be fooled by the sales people smiles and promises. I have bought a town home from them, the sales person Louise Weegar and her team gave me so many promises at the time of signing the agreement. unfortunately nothing of that was actually true. Louise has not even return my calls despite many emails. when we got the PDI the inspector clearly said ( I work for Tamarack and I will do whatever is in their interest). he refused to add many things including major issue with the stud foundation. my closing day is coming soon and the communication with them is almost impossible. Please save your money and energy and look for another builder even it is more expensive, believe my it does not worth it specially for your biggest investment in your life

Great service at the sales office and the design centre! Building our new home and the project is already ahead of schedule.
