Currently with 4 locations, the stores feature a complete line up of home furniture including Living Rooms, Dining rooms, Bedrooms, Home Office, Entertainment, Mattresses, Youth Bedroom and Accessories. When you shop at Talsma Furniture, you will notice a big difference in the way you are treated. Our philosophy is to give knowledgeable assistance and advice when you need it. We want to help you make a beautiful home, not just scream at you about our "biggest sale ever". My sale person< Anna was so helpful in assisting me pick out a sofa and loveseat. She knew the current fabrics and styles and listened to what my needs were. It was a pleasant and fun experience to work with her. Prices at Talsma were very good and so was the selection. I would highly recommend shopping there.

Don the salesman was very helpful, but if you have any types of issues after giving them your hard earned money, good luck. We had an issue with pillows, and after spending 3k, one would think that ownership would be helpful, but only would charge more $$ to order new ones. Started by Grandpa and was a great store then, he took care of customers. Kids and grandkids living off what he built, so customer service is gone. Lots of choices in stores, choose wisely.

Great shopping experience with Anna! Recliner that was delivered had an ink mark on left arm and what appears to be a rub mark on the back top. Chair came off delivery truck assembled. Was this someone else’s reject?? Expected it to come wrapped in plastic in 2 pieces and assembled in our living room.

Susan was very helpful. I ended up buying a loveseat, a chair and an ottoman. Would recommend Talsma. I bought from them years ago and they still provide same quality furniture and great customer service.

I spent about an hour looking at living room furniture. Just trying to get a general idea of what type of quality, variety and pricing was like as compared to other furniture stores. No decision yet, but I did like the impressive selection. Since I want this to fit well in my space constraints, I measured what I needed and talked with the salesperson. She was friendly and professional, but this goes according to MY timeline.

Our salesman was great! Attentive but not pushy . Gave me time to wander and answered questions. Provided several prices and estimated delivery times. We have purchased much of our furniture from Talsma.. It feels good to purchase locally and American made. They stand behind their products.
